Had ice forming on bottom of freezer. Called Big Lar's Appliance and he was here within a few days. Took our freezer apart and cleared all ice that was blocking the drain. Very personable, thorough and knew what he was doing. Very reasonable on price. I would highly recommend him for your appliance repair needs!

Another great appliance repair experience! This time our oven was not heating up properly. Larry came out, quickly diagnosed the issue then got the parts and came back for a quick repair to get things back in operation again.
Quick, honest, fair prices and always happy to answer questions, I won't go to anyone else for my appliance repair needs.

I needed a new ice maker for my refrigerator, and Larry was able to come within a few days of my call to assess the situation. He ordered the part(s) needed and had it repaired within 10 days. My icemaker now works like new, with none of the ice cubes frozen together like they had been. Thanks, Larry, for your prompt service and wonderful work!

Larry has all 5 star ratings on every review page.. He's been repairing appliances since he was 16! He gets. the job done right! He fixed my dryer for a fair price. he explains everything & even vacuumed out the inside & even behind the dryer! Found out he goes to the same Church & we know the same people. Lar is the nicest, most positive, honest, hard working guy & told me about his family & I have a new service guy I call my friend in Christ now!!! It was worth every cent I paid him! Thank you Lar!!!

They were amazing!! Larry came out with short notice and fixed our oven quickly and very reasonably cost. Always need someone you can trust, we will call them again next time without hesitation!!

Larry came out to look at my washing machine which was really experiencing some complex electrical and other issues. He spent a great deal of time running through diagnostic codes, taking things apart, and running all kinds of tests. While he was unable to determine the cause (he really exhausted all resources I believe) of the issue, he was not ready to give up. He did everything in his power to get to the root of the issue but ultimately it was decided we would need a Maytag technician. He refused any payment and said "he only charges for when he fixes". I'm sure he lost almost a half days pay by not charging me but he was adamant that I don't pay him anything since he couldn't get to the root of the problem. This alone will make me call him first should I ever need an appliance fixed again. He was professional, polite, on time, kind and friendly. He showed me a lot of the things he did, explained them to me in a way I could understand and gave me some advice on how to proceed....on top of that he even answered some questions I had about other appliances in the home (no repairs...just general upkeep questions). His professionalism and great customer service skills were something rarely seen these days. I really appreciated him and would recommend him!!

Very happy with Big Lar’s Appliance Repair! I’m thrilled with the service we received! We’ve been experiencing an oven problem for a while and gave Larry a call. He was very prompt in getting back to us. We scheduled an appointment in 2 days. Larry diagnosed the problem and had the part on his truck. Within an hour we’re back with a working oven! Larry was professional, personable, and very polite. His services are very affordable. He’s got our business for any appliance repairs!
