I tried to call the Metro office and asked to leave my phone number for a call back. The rude receptionist hung up on me. I wouldn't want to do business with incompetent people like that.

I wouldn't recommend. They took money off of us that they had no right to and still haven't explained why.... the guy who suckered us into it, Brian, either lied or didn't know what he was talking about. He said their only fee would be 15% of any extra money they got for us from the insurance company. Allstate was fighting us on giving us money to replace appliances and other electronic devices that were fried when a freak storm knocked a tree on our house. I badgered the insurance company until they finally have us the money for the items we had replaced. Metro had nothing to do with us getting that money - it was me - and Metro took 15% of the money. We paid out of pocket to replace the items, and then Metro took 15% of the money when Allstate finally paid us back - is that right? Is that fair? Is that their policy? Brian S had told us otherwise. Metro is still in court trying to get us more money, but to date have only taken money from us. We have a hard time finding out what is going on, have a hard time talking to the right person, etc.... and it is going on a year now. Do not use this company. And Metro - I would like a good explanation why you took 15% of the money that was given us to replace our damaged items - you had nothing to do with us getting that money, and it was NOT extra money.
