Excellent owners with a customer comes first attitude. They have been in business almost 20 years. Treat everyone like family. Clean and well maintained equipment. Not a corporate atmosphere. Prices are very fair and they will work with you on them depending on the situation. Will be renting all of my equipment here from now on.
I hate leaving a bad review for anyone but I had 2 bad experiences with this place . I needed a bobcat mt100 for a job so I called and reserved one they gave me a Vermeer 725 that isn’t even comparable to the machine I was told I would get . I didn’t know this till after I paid so I tried to use it thinking they knew better then me and wasted an entire day just to have to rent one from somewhere else . However I called and explained to them if it didn’t work I wanted my money back after some back and forth with the staff I got a refund and was told that’s just how it is in their system I guess they have a misleading system and no one knows what your actually renting in the office .
I come back a few weeks later to purchase a concrete breaker they have online after doing a lot of research I decided I would go take a look at it . The site has make model part number etc . Again it wasn’t what was advertised. All they told me was I can see how this can be mis leading and I left . It’s not misleading it’s a lie it’s false advertising. I’ve used this rental company for a long time I’ll never go back

First place rental is extremely kind and attentive to detail. They truly go above and beyond to ensure they can be of help. I am grateful for their phenomenal services ! Thank you first plane rental!

Had a great experience here, they are very welcoming and don't make you feel dumb for asking amateur questions. They take their time with you and are very nice. Now that I know this place exists I will be coming here for my rental needs, I can't wait to rent a bobcat next year. Before I buy anything for a one time project I will see if First place rental has it first!

This place is great they are really the first place to call when you need a rental. The staff is knowledgeable and able to work with you for just about anything. The service is also number one. They have a second location in Sandwich that is also great little smaller than the Oswego location. They also have a first rate repair shop. The equipment they carry is well maintained and if you have an issue they really work to get you back on the job.
