I called this morning because our A/C was not cooling. Kathleen in the office was so friendly and helpful calling me back with an appointment this afternoon. Tim showed up at our house, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He provided very courteous explanation telling me the part failed is under manufacturer’s warranty - it is 6 years old. The fees were much more reasonable than I expected.

Max was awesome!!! Even though we called later on in the day he was able to arrive within 2 hours of the call. He explained everything to us regarding our AC issues and presented us with all of our options. He put an ease to our minds regarding the issue and reassured us everything would be fixed for us. Same day solutions especially in AC repair is what puts Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling and Max above the competition!!!

Very trustworthy company to work with. Our technician was Tim L. and he was very informative and honest with his recommendation. We've always been happy and satisfied with this company in the past and our most recent interaction was just another reason we will continue to do business with Air Dynamics.

As a first-time caller and potential new customer, I was very impressed with Air Dynamics. First of all, a technician was sent well before the estimated time. Secondly, when Dan arrived, the issue was quickly resolved. Dan explained the problem in a simplified manner and provided options without pressuring me into purchasing a high-value package. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.

Dan came out to assess my AC. He was so polite and professional! Once he had a chance to review the situation, he gave a concise and courteous breakdown of what was going on, and my options. I was truly impressed with the company from scheduling to visit! Would highly recommend!

I recently had Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling replace my old AC unit, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
The initial visit was conducted by Max, who assessed my needs and provided clear, detailed options for a new unit (and even repair options for my old unit from 1998). He was knowledgeable and transparent about the costs, which I greatly appreciated.
The installation team, Matt and Brandon, were exceptional. They arrived on time and worked swiftly without compromising quality. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the installation. They ensured everything was set up perfectly and took the time to explain the new system to me.
Overall, Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling exceeded my expectations with their excellent service, cost transparency, and speedy installation. I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs!

Tim’s explanations were easy to follow and helped me to understand how the HVAC machines worked. He gave options and walked through pros and cons and what he thought would and would not work for my home.
Tim was personable and sat at our kitchen table to discuss quotes and maintenance items.
Would recommend him every time!

We had a really positive experience with Air Dynamics. Starting off with Cassie, who was super helpful from the beginning, to our first meeting with Max, it was all smooth sailing. Max was incredibly understanding and took the time to explain things clearly, without any pressure. We will definitely reach out to Air Dynamics for our regular maintenance and any future services we might need.

Tim was great. He explained exactly what he was doing. Made sure everything was working properly. He was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. A real pleasure to work with.
