Amenity was our go to company for the last hail storm that affected both the inside and outside of our house. The roof and inside painting all turned out great. This is the third time we have used them as we also had some french doors going out to our deck put in by them. There was a potential conflict between us and the insurance company but Amenity worked it out to our satisfaction.

John’s roof/siding/gutters/paint team at AMENITY Were top notch! John’s team worked hard to fix a very large storm damage project. His team worked w my insurance company to get the job done and completed. They had to do a complete roof/partial siding and complete chimney and paint house. They were extremely hard working and cleaned up great after project. I would definitely recommend them for any project needed. Thank You John and your team for providing great service to my family!

I received four quotes from local contractors for a new roof. After reviewing the quotes, I believe that Amenity represented the best value for the money. A few items stood out: -Professionalism of Jason who was our primary contact. Very personable, knowledgeable, punctual, and to the point. I would highly recommend him to both my friends and family. -I was referred to Amenity Roofing by a neighbor whose parents had utilized them and had a wonderful experience. I’m happy to report that I had a similar experience. -The reviews online were exceptional and I’m happy to report that they are accurate! From the first call to my roof being completed was two weeks. Weather and the permit delayed us by a few days. The crew showed up on a Thursday morning around 8:00 AM and were completely done by 4 PM. Clean-up was exceptionally well done given how many nails and shingles they took off. Having four kids under the age of 8 and a dog, this was important to me. A few days later, Jason stopped by to do a final review and collect final payment. Its been a month since the roof went on and so far so good! I’d recommend these guys to anyone.
