I can’t thank Premier Quality Windows and Siding for replacing 19 windows that were so rotten I could not open them. I gave them a call and Angie was so friendly and kind and answered all my questions and we set up a time and pat showed up took our estimate without Judgment and explained how the Procedure works he was very knowledgeable of my questions I had . Thank you isn’t enough for how the Installers worked every step of the way they showed up on time answering our questions as they worked it took them 2 days to finish the job and they both did a Terrific job even with the clean up thank you again for your hard work. On day 3 We had a question about the new windows and the Owner Steve himself came right over and explained it to us. So yes we would Recommend these Company and the price was right on .
Steve did a fantastic job explaining options for new windows, the process, and follow up during approval from my HOA and through installation. The install was quick and the installers left my home cleaner than before they started. I love my new windows; I highly recommend Premier!

From beginning to end, Steve was amazing. Took his time, paid very close attention to detail, was not pushy, offered suggestions that made more sense, and the communication was constant. Steve's workers on site were absolutely great. True professional craftsmen that also cared about our home like it was theirs. Very polite and after working at our home for a couple weeks getting to know them, they are genuinely great guys as well. Steve and his crew from top to bottom rebuilt our home. Windows, siding, cedar porch posts, new front of home stone, facia, and gutters. They even replaced a ton of rotten wood behind the old siding and corrected many mistakes that the previous builder shortcutted. We are extremely happy with the professionalism, craftmanship, and the end result. We live on a corner at the entrance of a busy subdivision and we consistently receive compliments and for Premier's phone number. See for yourself in the before and after pictures. Wow!!!! After calling around I feel so fortunate in hiring this company. Their customer service and pricing were the best around. Their installers were in-house and not contracted out. Premeir uses the best sealers and their windows are excellent quality. I only called to replace 1 window but their quality of windows, pricing and total experience was so great I ended up replacing all the windows in my home plus the patio door. Right away I could tell the difference. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and take pride in a job well-done.

If you're sitting on the fence trying to decide which window company to go with, don't even bother with any of your other estimates (others were either WAY too costly or too cheesy in their presentation) & just go with Premier Quality Windows & Siding now! We researched & met with many window companies to obtain quotes, but ended up with Premier Quality Window & Siding for many reasons - primarily because of our initial discussion with Pat Patel. We had all our VERY old & grimy windows replaced this summer after moving into our home late last year, and would definitely recommend them to everyone looking to replace their windows.
From a consumer standpoint, here's a few pros & cons from our purchase & installation:
PROS: 1) Quality windows and we love them, 2) Better pricing than most, 3) Professionalism of all office, field & installer staffers (love Pat & all 3 of our installers), 4) great responsiveness of all of our phone/text/emails (we had lots of questions - lots of dumb questions). We were super impressed with Pat Patel's level of responsiveness. 5) Fast installation - our installers got to work upon arrival during our 2 day installation (we had all windows & 1 sliding glass door installed), 6) Their level of commitment to each installation & customer is remarkable. We had a sliding glass door installed in our brick home where there was no door (just a window). Before the door could be installed, we had been trying for months to get hold of a professional Mason to cut the brick on the house, and Pat even took it upon himself to help us find someone reasonable and professional. We finally found one and Pat worked with the Mason to get the brick cut so the door would fit perfectly. Although they could have had their installer cut into the brick, and install the door with no problem, they were very up front about suggesting a professional cut into the brick so the door would be perfectly sealed and the brick would look seamless. They left it up to us, and we opted for a Mason, 7) Did we say that we loved these guys? Well, we do.
CONS: 1) a little dirt/dust here & there. It's not a lot, but just move stuff out of their way prior to arrival, and cover stuff you don't want dust on (it just makes sense). Removing our very old (& embedded in our brick home) windows was a challenge, but they did it with minimal mess.
Don't get ripped off by all those other company's, just call Premier Quality Windows & Siding, Inc. in Oswego. You won't be sorry.
6-MONTH UPDATE: Still happy with the results and the warmth they provide our home. They've also passed (and surpassed) the test of our crazy strong winds (no leaks, no sound).
2nd Winter Update (3/25/2024): Unfortunately, had a leak on just one window. And... unfortunately, it was a lower level window (we live in a tri-level) where I sit on the couch, so it was chilly all winter long. Not bad even though we had all the windows replaced & added a sliding door (which I still love). If you replace a sliding glass door, I'd still go with the blinds in-between the glass even though the R value goes down a bit. And, yes, I'm still recommending Premier in Oswego.
P.S. to Premier: my hubby's company needed a window replaced, and he called & left a message, but no return call. Not even a decline to replace the window.

Simply said: Premier Quality delivers premier quality and value in window and door replacement. Pat set my mind at ease with his impressive knowledge and expertise. He made sure our plan was executed exactly as agreed upon, at a great price. The Premier Quality installers (yes, company employees) were timely and clean. But, most importantly, accurate and professional. Go with Premier Quality!

Our experience working with Premier was top notch. We really appreciated their help determining what type of windows to use in our home as well as their recommendations of locations a different type of window might be better. The clear communication with us throughout the whole process was MUCH appreciated — we always had a heads up of when someone was going to be coming or when our order was going to be ready. The installers were fantastic as well. They took care to be sure their work space was protected and were meticulous in cleaning up their workspace after the installs were finished. They even went out of their way to engage with my (very curious) kids! They were very meticulous about their finish work, too. Everything is beautiful and we’ve felt that the company cared about us from the start!! Thank you Premier!!

We recently replaced 15 windows. We decided to go with Premier Quality Windows & Siding because their prices were very competitive and the sales experience with Steve was excellent. Steve was very knowledgeable, helpful and did not pressure us to go with any particular product. Instead he provided us with different window options and gave us the space we needed to make our decision. Steve always kept us up to date on the progress of the project. The installers were very professional and efficient. We are very satisfied with our windows, their service and their workmanship. We highly recommend them.
