Busy time of year. Pool was a mess. Tried to correct the issues but was not going well. Got the needed help and a few lesson about our pool. Really like dealing with These guys 2024. Got our pool open real early and did a small repair. I was so happy, but the heater decided it needed love and had to have the heat exchanger replaced. Busy season again, but they worked us in and fixed the heater and replaced worn seal on the pump. The pool went from 72 to 87 degrees in about 5 hours. Happy again. Thanks to the team at San Juan pool and spa.

Russ and his people at San Juan Pools are the only pool installer I would choose in Central Illinois. They will do it right, and it will look fabulous and last for many years with little maintenance. Don’t hesitate to sign a contract with them. I love my pool!

It took us some time to decide on getting a pool. We spent a lot of time watching other installers in our neighborhood and reading up on different brands and suppliers. When we finally decided to spend the money our only choice was San Juan Pools. Russ spent a considerable amount of time with us and helped us decide the layout of our pool and equipment. Our pool was started on a Monday and finished with stamping and concrete decking on Friday. The guys doing the physical labor were EXCELLENT! We watched them every day amazed at the knowledge, professionalism and talent these guys demonstrated. The dirt was hauled away and our yard was put back to a better grade. Because our pool was installed late in the year we still need orientation when San Juan opens the pool for this coming swim season. I cannot express our satisfaction with San Juan Pools and their staff. I will update this review after our pool is opened and our orientation on the care of the pool is completed.

Russ and his crew are the absolute best! We are ever grateful for our decision to choose San Juan for our in-ground pool. Russ helped so much with his expertise and attention to detail. It was worth the wait. We highly recommend them!

6/28/2021 my cousin and I went to San Juan pool supply. The lady was extremely helpful and knew exactly what we needed just by us telling her what kind of pool we had. Excellent customer service. I was looking for a sand pump. The one San Juan had was equivalent to the pump we already had so my cousin and I decided to go see if we could find a bigger badder better one. After doing some quick shopping around we came back to purchase the pump. (We needed one because mine was broken) and the other chemicals we needed to get the pool up and running. She was very nice and explained in detail everything we needed to do. And even told us to call if we need anything. I will never go to another place to get my pool/spa supplies.

Once I stopped in and talked with Mark it became very clear that both Mark and San Juan personnel were far more knowledgeable than other companies and dealers I had spoken with while researching hot tubs. Mark took the time to educate me and helped me make a buying decision that I was happy with. The delivery was smooth, setup was easy, and they've followed up a few times since the purchase to ensure I was completely satisfied.

The whole experience has been wonderful. Everyone has been overly friendly and provided information easily when we needed it. Follow up appointment with Joe was superb. Shannon owns a salon and has been telling all her clients about our hot tub and how dreamy it is and how San Juan has been wonderful to work with! So exciting!
