Called about having a backyard privacy fence installed. Mike came by to go through the job details and make sure we were on the same page. Job was done in 3 days. The guys worked hard and did a great job. Everyone at Rocky Top were very helpful and made the whole process a snap. The new fence looks great and we are extremely happy with the end result. If your looking at a new privacy fence for your yard I would highly recommend them.

Mike used the drone to inspect the roofs and Brooke was extremely good at communicating with me, giving me daily updates with pictures on how the crew was coming along. Staff and owner helpful and kind. They could do a little bit better on communication. While waiting for the project to start I had to initiate the follow ups with them. However, they always answered and/or returned any call placed to them. The workers were prompt and worked hard to get the project done as fast as they could while still doing quality work. We appreciate everyone's coordination and hard work at Rocky Top.

The guys at Rocky top were great. Their quotes are competitive, great team. Unfortunately supplies are hard to get these days and the project was delayed through no fault of theirs. Brandon kept me posted on all the details and went above and beyond to get the materials needed. Their crew was polite, professional and friendly. My wife and I are very pleased and happy with our new privacy fence, new storm door, and specialized gate latch. We now have the fence that we have always wanted. Again a big thank you to Mike, Brandon and the Rocky Top crew.

In 2014 we built a Homeway Home and Rocky Top Roofing was contracted to do the roof. This is the third time shingles blew off! Pretty poor quality of work! They only guarantee their work for one year! We were told to contact our home owner's insurance, pay $1,000 deductible and then hire someone who was qualified to do the job!
