We had Warner's Decking Inc. build a pergola in our backyard, and it's an absolute masterpiece. Their team worked with us to design something that fit our space and style perfectly. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the materials they used are clearly high quality. It's sturdy yet elegant, exactly what we wanted. Even though it's still a bit chilly out, we're already dreaming about the warm days ahead spent lounging under our new pergola. Warner's Decking has truly enhanced our outdoor living experience!

EXCELLENT! Finally found a diamond in the rough company who truly understands the importance of honesty, integrity, determination, and great craftsmanship!! If you're like us and have been fooled in the past by other companies I'm proud to say Warner Decking is a company forever we will be greatful. They do it right from the beginning to end. Our wonderful deck was completed in June 2023. Special thanks to all: Randy the sales person who came to our house took the time and listened to our questions and needs and gave a fair price. Sean who worked in the store help who helped us look at variety of options and even stayed 30 minutes past closing to ensure all our questions and need were met and we didn't even sign contract yet! Jason and Ryan who were the main crew putting in the many hours working hard and made our deck great. They were always on time and even ready to work on extra days to keep the timeline. Shelby and Sabina the office staff who did a wonderful job keeping us all updated in the projects from permits to completion all the way through. And of course to the owner Chris who checked in multiple times in person to make sure we were totally pleased and everything was getting completed as it should. To have such a dynamic team all extremely important to achieve the end goals of customer satisfaction is remarkable, thank you all again!! We will not forget this!

I was miffed originally when I saw that my contract included an addendum that ask that I leave a review on two sites. That was, until Chris and I chatted and I understood the rationale behind the ask. They need not have bothered. Their work speaks for itself. Sayeth an incredibly picky person. The process was top notch. They took care of everything, from the planning to the selection to the permits and final inspection. They were on time and on point. And the result is amazing. It looks much much better than I thought it would. The crew were amazing, early, courteous and accommodating. I would recommend Chris and his team without hesitation. And please do leave them a review if you use them. Their business lives or dies based on recent reviews.

We absolutely love our Warner's Trex deck. As others have said in their reviews, it is easily our favorite room of the house. Yes, it is an investment - one that we know is worth it given the quality of the build and the durability of the material. (We are thrilled to no longer have to stain the deck every year!) The Trex Spiced Rum material is beautiful. We also love the black railing rods and are so glad we decided to listen to Warner's suggestions here. They blend into the surrounding scenery and woods and really add to our view. Chris was great to work with from the first meeting to the final inspection. Our crew was also fantastic - they were here every morning like clockwork and working hard by 8:00 AM. The entire process was very smooth. We especially appreciated Chris coming out for a final inspection after the build was complete. We highly recommend Warner's Decking!

I am more than happy to give a wonderful positive review for Warner's Decking Inc.! I am so very happy with the end product and I make excuses to utilize my new space. The entire process was very smooth and though there was a waiting period for the project to begin, this made me believe that a company that has a waiting list is a company that is in high demand. Warner's does amazing work! I had a very old deck that needed to be removed and discarded. First of all, it's the same company, Warner's Decking, that does the demolition AND the installment. I've witnessed other companies in my neighborhood that had a new deck placed with separate demolition companies come before the new install. These demo companies were to be desired, ending with injury to their home, post holes needing re-do etc. i'm sure they did not interview the demo company when they hired their decking company. Warner's Decking is responsible for everything. To my amazement, each gentleman working on my project took each screw out individually and placed it into a garbage bag at his side during the demo. The old planks and parts and pieces were brought directly to the truck that they discarded daily. I have two dogs and was concerned about scraps. I've never seen such a meticulous team regarding demo and construction. Clean-up was done daily, not at the end of the project. The wood and Trex that was delivered for the new project was placed on boards so as to save the grass in that area. Every piece of my project was hand cut on site with perfection. Due to the steep grade of my walk out basement yard, my original plans needed to be slightly altered. Alterations at no extra cost to me, that would have involved more labor and product, were designed. Ultimately a portion of my project was redesigned and I could not love it more. It's by far more beautiful than my personal original design. I also added on more beautiful effects at the end, covering the posts under the deck with their products. It's gorgeous and they did it immediately, there was no wait. The deck was power washed and meticulous by the final walk-through, and multiple representatives from Warner's Decking followed up to make sure I was more than satisfied and happy. Each member of Warner's Decking went above and beyond to be helpful, including moving very large rocks that were under my previous deck and changing out an electrical box under my deck that would short out. I absolutely recommend Warner's Decking and I have since looked around my home to start designing my kitchen, etc! They'll be invited back in time-I'm super satisfied:)
