NO STARS IF I COULD! We were stood up for scheduled appointments two days in a row with no phone call or email on the last no-show today. We made a second online appointment for today after yesterday's no-show and it was confirmed by Nicoleta through their online appointment system. We checked the box indicating our acceptance of her "invitation to inspect our home" that she emailed to us. Then Nicoleta asked for photos and our address, which we provided by email. We had emailed back and forth a few times throughout the weekend, including in regard to their Saturday appointment no-show that she made an excuse for at the very last minute. What a crack salesperson/scheduler or whatever she is (excuse-maker!). And there was a no show AGAIN today for our rescheduled appointment! Nicoleta had the gall to tell me today, two hours after the adjuster was supposed to be here that I did not send her our address and photos. Wrong. We had emailed before and all emails went through. Nearly TWO HOURS after the 2nd missed appointment of the weekend, I finally have to call her - not the other way around. I caught her on the phone at a public place...brunch? Bar? How this company can have any good reviews is beyond me. Maybe she is the problem and wasn't working there when the reviews were written. They have an online appointment booking system and an annoying video that plays over and over while one is trying to book. Apparently they ignore it! DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. THEY DON'T SHOW UP! SHAMEFUL! How can they be trusted to advocate for you in a catastrophe or loss if they can't even show up two days in a row for their scheduled appointments? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is very professional and easy to work with. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The process was explained at our very first sit down. In addition, they visited again after a storm to make sure there were no issues. They also dealt directly with my insurance company so I did not have to. I highly recommend AAA Loss! ♥️♥️♥️ Thank you all!

I was very impressed with their knowledge of the insurance business, how claims work, the difference between insurance adjusters and a public adjuster (one who advocates primarily in the clients best interest).
