Dean and his team were great to work with and all of my concerns were delt with promptly. From painting, new lighting/electrical work, demolition of a kitchen, cabinet refinishing, and new flooring (LVP) - all of it was done according to code and contractually agreed on. The only reason I removed a star is due to the communication issues we had at the end of the project (i.e. not showing up when scheduled and having to chase down a few remaining open items). Dean and his team did a great job with communicating with me throughout the majority of the job so maybe this is a "one off" situation(?). I would recommend these guys for anything you need done in your home or business. Dean, Victor and the team are great to work with!
Dean and his team were very responsive and professional in all aspects. Would highly recommend! We had our exterior painted, and they did a phenomenal job!

We had a great experience with this company! Dean and his crew painted our new house interior beautifully. Dean got us on his schedule immediately and had the project done within 2 days to accommodate our move-in date. We will definitely be reaching out for more work. Thank you Dean!!

We used Dean and his company to help prepare our house in Addison to be sold. Not only did he give us a very fair price, but him and his team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They did all of the work in only one week's time and my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the job. We will be using them again on our next house.
SECOND JOB: The original quote was to have the rear 3 season room demolished and a 2 story deck to be put up in its place. As it was not up to code, and it was in terrible shape, we wanted it fixed correctly. We also then asked to have our kitchen redone as the existing one was falling apart. We moved in on June 13th, and they started work on the 16th. The contracts we signed were for $41,000 and $24,000 for both jobs. They were scheduled for the deck to take 2 and a half weeks, and the kitchen was to be done in about 2 weeks. We also asked if 2 light switches can be used to tirn on existing lights. We are now on 4 months, and neither project is done. To top it off after they started the job, we were informed that an additional $5,400 would be needed due to unforeseen circumstances. The electricians decided to cut 8 holes in the house and I am told I need to fix them or have Dean do it. The siding is still ripped off my house, the light that was removed is still not on, and the light they broke was replaced with the cheepest one he could find. The roof that was supposed to be sealed has a gap from them not finishing nailing it down properly, and we are constantly being told he will get to us. I currently have several nests of wasps crawling in and out of said gap. The kitchen cabinets were drilled wrong, and 2 of them don't even open, while 2 handles are extremely crooked. The drawers were drilled improperly, and handles weren't even left to be done by us because Dean said Tony swipped them. The painting is incomplete in the kitchen, the window frame is not painted, and nothing has been finished. Hell, a cabinate with next to no weight in it is pulling off the wall due to being hung impropperly. I had to rebuy the drawers and handles for them myself. Both my wife and I have tried contacting him, and we are constantly told to be patient and that he has other jobs ahead of us. That is if he even bothers answering. He makes promises he does not keep and talks a big game. When it comes down to it, though, it is all talk. Just want this job done so we can move on with our lives past this.

Dean and his painting crew were phenomenal. From start to finish the project was streamline and efficient. I first contacted Dean about some exterior painting that I felt uncomfortable doing. Dean was on the site in a few days ready to give a quote that was reasonable. Dean was able to communicate when the expected start date would be and kept his word. His crew showed up and finished the job. They were pleasant, efficient and cleaned up everything after. Thanks perfected painting for making my home look brand new.

We used Perfected Painting to paint the interior – walls, ceilings, and closets of our new house! Dean, the owner, came out and gave us an estimate (explained the anticipated timeline, how many crew members, and cost of product and supplies, all of which I found quite reasonable), and got us on their schedule really quickly - which was important because we were excited to get moved in! Everything looks so fresh and the colors were exactly what I envisioned.
I especially loved working with a local business, because Dean was always very responsive via call and text, and was able to give great recommendations on other contractors, restaurants and things happening in the community!
We look forward to working with this team again for our exterior down the line!
