Just wanted to take a minute to say that our recycling and waste drivers are great! ... countless times, my son refuses to get into the car in the morning until the truck passes, if he sees it on our road. And the drivers are always happy to wave to him. Have a great day!

To be honest I didn’t have an issue with this company till today, I left a throw rug next to my trash to be collected. I didn't think it would be much of an issue seeing as they have always have taken the one item to the side. To me and my buddies surprise they didn’t take it. Not only did they not take it, the crew in the truck stared at us as they emptied the bin and drove off. So with nothing being said to us by the crew, I called the customer service number to get clarity on why they didn’t take it. Not only did I feel that the women on the phone did not care, spoke in a condescending tone. after explaining to me the rules for a throw rug I was confused because they didn’t even get out to look at the rug she then and quote “they have been doing this for years they can tell by looking at it” I suggest a retraining on your customer service so that way people that are care takers for their elderly family members can properly dispose of garbage.

Antioch/Spring Grove area. Garbage has not been picked up 2 times in the last month. Not just our house whole road, as my neighbors and I always have our cans out on Sunday night there is no reason this should keep happening. The first time they said leave the can out someone would be out to pick it up, nobody came had to call again and was told same story. (Nobody at company knows what happened but someone should pick it up)… Same thing this time they don’t know how a driver misses a whole road ?? Really!! Update: it is 10 pm on Tuesday (garbage day is Monday). Still no garbage pick up for the whole road, my can was left out by road today also all day as instructed by Groot. That it would be picked up today. Well Groot it will soon be Wednesday ? Will today be the day, I wonder!!

AWFUL SERVICE. Every time the garbage pick up happens, and there happens to be some stray bags next to the can, they DISREGARD IT AND LEAVE IT INSTEAD OF PICKING IT UP. As a family of 6 people and 5 pets, we accumulate a lot of garbage so there are some weeks where we have overflow of 1 to 2 bags, and never experienced any problems with Waste Management when they were our provider. The trash being left behind, is making our bin overflow EVERY SINGLE WEEK with MORE BAGS EACH TIME. This service CLEARLY does not care about the customers they provide service to. Unfortunately our town decided to change the provider to this actual piece of trash service. Would never recommend this service to any one. I will be writing this same review on the website email itself, because I highly doubt they will change their practices since reading people's reviews who have similar experiences to ours.

Just want to thank the driver who did recycling on Greenview Ave in Antioch this morning. My daughter loves big machinery, so we ran out to watch him dump our bins. He stopped and had the truck do a little show for her, and that meant the world. It’s the little things!

Seriously petty. Every, single, time if they don't like how they are set OR just because the cans are facing the other direction. This is not the first time and I bet it will happen again and I'm done with their stupid games and they better have a talk to their employees on how they leave their customers homes.
