Tony and Bob were very informative on how my water softener was not working properly. We are new to this house so I want all of the mechanical equipment working like it should. They also checked my tankless water heater and explained that it needs to be cleaned as well. We will be getting a new softener as well.

My air conditioning unit had to be replaced. This company did a fantastic job. The unit was installed correctly, they replaced my thermostat and explained how to use the digital technology, they cleaned the area outside and explained the warranty etc. My house is cool and comfy. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent experience. Next day appointment set up for a faulty shower cartridge. The customer service team was great and communicated perfectly. Plumber Tony and his associate Nathan got everything repaired and cleaned up very quickly even though the bad cartridge broke apart and came out in pieces. Great job done by all. We need more services soon. Will use JIT again.

I had placed a call first to another plumber and they were not able to come out that day but Iam so glad it didn't work out. My second call was to Just In Time. They were there within a couple hours. Anthony and his colleague were great. They explained and answered all my questions and were thorough. Professional and friendly. It was a relief the problem was fixed promptly. A bonus was that time was taken to over other things like air conditioning and water heater. It was a good experience and I will be using again in the future. Great company!

Had these guys do a big project and they did a great job. I had an instant, water heater installed, a large standard hot water heater installed and a new, top end water softener installed. Really a nice installation. There was one minor misunderstanding that they resolved in my favor without having to go to the mat over. They are not cheap but they have great employees and did a top notch job. Highly recommended!
