Jon was great! Arrived on time, called beforehand to get an idea of the issue and understand the problem. Explained everything he did and showed me how bad the lint buildup in the unit was. Excellent communication and luckily it was an easy fix. Never tried to sell me on anything but did recommend their service for both A/C and furnace preventative maintenance. It was well worth it and will be using them again. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Schaumburg/Hoffman area.
Eric sat down and answered all my questions and gave me what I felt was a very fair price for a new furnace and AC system. The quality of the work by the installer Steve was great and I'm very happy to have AC again!! If you need a new furnace or AC system I highly recommend Residential Heating and Cooling in Schaumburg, I rate my whole experience with them 5 Stars!!!

Ryan was, BY FAR, the BEST service technician I have ever had work on an issue we have had. We had an Unico A/C system installed by Residential Heating & Cooling a few years ago, and when I turned it on a few weeks ago it wasn't working properly. After another technician attempted to fix it, and had to order parts, we had to wait two weeks for the part to arrive. Ryan showed up at our house at 3:30 pm, after finishing another job, to install the new part and get our A/C functioning again.
I periodically checked on Ryan every 30 to 60 minutes to make sure the process was still going well and to see if he needed anything. He was always extremely friendly and in a good mood. As the sun started to set, at 8:30, I asked him if he wanted a work light to help him finish up. He accepted and thanked me. He continued to diligently work until at about 11:00 pm, he said he was confident that the repair was going to work and our A/C would be fixed. He said it shouldn't be much longer.
He finally finished the repair, packed his truck, and pulled out of my driveway at 12:40 am(!!!). At no point did Ryan complain, seem frustrated, or even ask for anything. I cannot fully express how impressed I was with him and how appreciative we are for his hard work. Thank you very much.

Residential heating and cooling was great to work with!!! Their technician Jon provided great customer service and quality workmanship, Making sure that everything worked 100%. I would highly recommend Residential heating and cooling for any Heating and cooling needs. The respicare unit they installed works great! Kendal was great to work with when it came to scheduling.

Ryan and Cody delivered amazing service and were very friendly. Down-to-earth people! They did an amazing job checking my AC unit while remaining professional and kind. I definitely recommend this service and will continue to call them when I need help.

My experience with Residential Heating & Cooling was a very positive one. They offered great and prompt service at a reasonable price. They had great communication over the phone, via email, in person, and in sending out texts with helpful information, including arrival times and photos of the workmen.
Eric and all of his employees were professional, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, skilled, hardworking, helpful, and respectful. The installers were respectful of my home, putting on boot covers and cleaning up everything after the job. They did a great job installing a new furnace and air conditioner. I am grateful to Jason and Brian, and to Daniel and Mike for their fine work and for going above and beyond to make sure everything was done well and to my satisfaction. Thanks to Kendall and Frankie for their assistance as well.
I'm glad I went with Residential Heating and Cooling for this job and recommend them to others.

Daniel and Cody were an absolute pleasure to have work on my house. They genuinely cared and provided an incredible service experience. I'm very thankful that I went with this company. They worked all day and truly wanted to ensure we were completely satisfied. The owner Eric is top notch. You can tell he's got the right people in place and strives to do things right. It starts with him. I can't say enough about my experience. There is no question who I will be doing business with going forward.

2/1/2024 Prompt, punctual, and professional. Eric was a delight to speak with. He was kind and well versed in the field of HVAC. Very quick and concise with his quotes; we have 4 options. And he followed up quickly after that. We haven't had the work done yet, but I'm anticipating a solid outcome!

OMG!!! My heat went out on this past Saturday night and I finally have heat on Thursday evening ? Jason and Tyler are AMAZING!!! They both went above and beyond to do a fantastic job!!! Why did it take so long to get heat??? I had to many family and friends tell me ~ “hey I know a guy or I have a company I recommend” UGH ~ DON’T listen to them…this company treats you like family and do a phenomenal JOB!!! ??????
