Mike Workman (Senior Estimator) and the two gentlemen that came out to do the actual work were very professional. First time user (after the derecho) and will only be using Ryan Electric going forward! I personally took my payment (in person) because that’s how satisfied I was with the work. Thanks team Ryan!
If you're looking for precision work, neatness, and honesty..... look no further than Ryan Electric. Ryan Electricians completed phase II today (kitchen remodel) and we could not be more pleased with the overall quality of their work. A special thanks to David Mack.... who spearheaded phase I and II and his coworker Sam Maroon. David is on top of his game and I will be asking for his return for phase III. I'm also pleased that Ryan will be overseeing my whole house generator maintenance. Thank you

They did a couple of jobs for me.
The last one they just completed was a big project upgrading my electrical system (grounding, changing outlets, and bringing it up to code). They promptly addressed and resolved any issues that came up. John was here a couple of times so I remember his name but ALL the workers at my home and that I dealt with otherwise - Mike W, Derrick(?), the other guys, the scheduler, and an owner or manager who called me (sorry I forgot their names) and including office workers when I stopped by were excellent - very nice, patient, understanding. All around excellent in a word. They did good work at a good price. I only wish I knew about them sooner and had the work done years ago. Am beyond happy I finally asked around my neighbor referred them to me!! They are one of the best businesses I dealt with!

Ryan is our supplier, installer, maintainer of our generator. Recently we had our first need for it and it worked perfectly. Our AC later had an issue and our repair person was not as familiar with generators. I contacted Ryan and spoke with a tech and I was able to help my AC repair person feel at ease about his repair.

I hired Ryan’s electric to put in 4 recessed lights at the recommendation of several people. Unfortunately, I have not had the best experience. Communication has been the biggest issue, it does take several days and occasionally a couple of phone calls to get a call back even for quick questions. The wrong lights were installed and I didn’t even get an apology. I have to take an additional afternoon off work but they reassured me they would fix it, so that I was thankful for. I did give them 3 stars because when I talk to them, everyone has been pleasant and they do seem get things done a little faster than other electricians in the area.
