I recently had an interview at Andrew's Engineering and wanted to share my experience. The hiring manager was candid about the challenges within the company but also expressed concerns about the current work environment and employee satisfaction. While I appreciate the transparency, the tone of the discussion left me feeling a bit uneasy about the overall workplace culture. It might be helpful for potential candidates to consider this when evaluating opportunities with Andrew's Engineering. Hiring managers speaking disparagingly about current employees is the equivalent faux pas of speaking poorly of your former employer, hopefully the managers will fix this going forward.
