Had an appointment with Kate at Connor Co for kitchen sink and faucet. She was very accommodating, friendly and differently knew everything about her products. An excellent employee that needs to be well compensated.

I was not told you needed an appointment to enter the showroom. I called and asked to be allowed in the showroom and was informed all contractors and plumbers know this. I have no idea why my contractor didn't tell me? Man said he would see if one of the women could come upfront to let me in. After waiting 10 minutes, I left. Heck of a way to treat customers. I took my business elsewhere.

Very nice to pick out plumbing fixtures for an upcoming bathroom rremodeling. Staff was exceptionally helpful, knew the products and showed the options available. Will order in a few weeks.

My lady was rude. She just took notes and didn’t tell me how the process worked at a plumbing company. I waited four weeks for a quote, and then the quote had no details of what she had picked out for me. So then I asked to see what she had picked out for me, they said they cannot do that because then I could look up the prices on my own and I’m not allowed to know the pricing. The tub I thought I had picked out she told me it’s actually different tub, so I asked her if I could see the specs of it to see if it had the elbow ledge that I have been wanting. As if I’m paying thousands of dollars here I would like to know what someone picked out for me. Because I should know what I am paying for, not to mention what if I don’t like it?. Most Difficult place I’ve ever been, would not recommend. I would never go again. Many other places in town can handle your needs. And then you will know what you’re getting and the price. And maybe be treated like a customer.
