Zack was AWESOME! Arrived within hours of calling after we had discovered a water leak in our basement. Super nice, polite, and helpful! He has been added to my phone contacts and we will call again if we ever have a future issue!
This was my first time using them or having to call anybody. I googled places and called as they popped up first and well I was in panic mode! Haha. Explained my problem and within 30 minutes from calling there was a nice guy named Dustin that showed up and luckily for me my issue was fixable! He diagnosed my problem with my air right away and put the new part on and got me back up and going very quickly actually! This was all very fast for it being after hours and I was impressed and so very grateful! I would use them again! Thank you so much!!

Called MB at 8:00 AM and had my unit fixed by noon.
Overall great experience - was able to call, get through to someone relatively fast, and then to my surprise, they had a technician available that morning.
Zach arrived at my home at his scheduled/announced time, got right to work, and had my AC unit up and running again within an hour of his arrival. Zach was extremely pleasant and professional and was able to give his diagnosis and cost estimate that seemed fair.
Overall, would use this company again and would recommend them to others.

MB heating and cooling helped installed new furnace and ductwork, also new plumbing for my house. They are very easy to work with and the customer service is top notch with Benny. He is so helpful. I will recommend MB to all my family and friends.
Update: my plumbing work is still not done. Haven't heard back from Shawn. No updates, no contact. Called the office on Monday for leakage from the installed shower head on the main floor, was told the earliest that someone can come is Thursday.
Have been waiting a long time for the plumbing to be finished. We tried to move in the house 2 weeks ago but couldn't, not until the basement is done. When a tech comes out then they let me know to open the door. Would really appreciate if they let us know beforehand when they will stop by. Always called when they are already there. Definitely lacking communication in the plumbing department. I still don't know when my plumbing work will be finished.

My technician Zack was very nice and professional and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time at all. I was so grateful as I reached out to another HVAC place and they couldn't get to me for several days. Much thanks to MB heating and cooling for coming out the same day. I would definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Our plumber from m&b Heating and Cooling and Electric was named Tim. He was very personable professional and efficient he did a great job and was a very nice person with whom to speak. I really like being a customer of m&b because their employees do excellent work they schedule appointments they show up on time you don't get put on some stupid list like other plumbing companies who don't even call you back. M&b will schedule an appointment as soon as they can have someone to your home and quite often that is the same day and if it is a truly urgent matter they do have after hours services.
I highly recommend them and if you are sick and tired of calling plumbers that don't do a good job or can't show up on time or you get told you'll be put on some sort of list and one day eventually somebody might even call you or show up just hang up and call M&B. They are so much easier and they are so easy to work with.
When I have neighbors or friends or other people in the area who have Plumbing Heating electrical issues and are getting the runaround trying to get service I refer them to m and b and told quit wasting your time on these other people and find someone professional who will get the job done right the first time.

I had a wonderful experience with Alan, Shane and Devon. They were super communicative and always let me know what was going on every step of the way. I appreciate the time Alan took to make sure that I understood all my options and when he didn’t know an answer he brought in an expert who did. I never felt any of the suggestions were pushed on me for their benefit. Great job and I’m so thankful to be cool again! Great job Alan, Shane and Devon!

Issues with an A/C purchased from the company in Nov. 2023. Customer service was responsive and dispatched techs out same day for service.
Techs Rob and Zack were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful in resolving the problem, which was described to have been a factory issue on coolant levels, which wouldn't have necessarily been a noticeable problem on a winter install.
Zack especially went the extra mile in helping my wife and I understand this specific problem, but also did some investigating on areas of our home that could also be contributing to inefficiency and cooling loss, and offered some suggestions that may help us some other costs down the line.
Only reason not 5 stars is because the system itself is only 7 months old and we've already had a major issue.

We needed a new water heater and wanted to replace our old gas water heater with a heat-pump style. From our first contact with MB until after the job was complete, the customer service was exceptional. All members of the MB staff exceeded our expectations for courtesy, timeliness, professionalism and communication. Not only was the service better than we have ever experienced, the work was done in a skilled and timely manner at a fair price-- and they installed the highest quality equipment.
