First of all I want to say that I never leave reviews for businesses because I feel like any comments should be taken with a grain of salt. You just never know if someone’s opinion is accurate or if they’re being overly critical. With that being said, here is my opinion of Pro Finish: just like other reviews I’m sure Brent is going to hop on here and call me a liar and dispute everything I have to say but I have the pictures as evidence. Brent showed up the first day and bid the job. The task was to repair a few drywall patches, paint every room of a 2 story house and a few of the rooms ceilings, as well as clean up some wood trim with stain to clean up lines from a previous paint job. When we showed up to do the final inspection after the work was “complete” we were mind blown that this was called professional work. We called Brent and he eventually shows up to inspect the work himself. There was still wet drywall mud from the patches they had installed. Some patches didn’t even have the drywall screws covered up. There was paint drips all over the hardwood floors. We pointed out that trim hadn’t been painted properly. Brent argues that it was in the contract to only apply one coat. He looked up the contract standing there and realized that it did in fact call for 2 coats of paint. In the rooms that painting the ceiling wasn’t in the contract, his workers ran the roller up to the ceiling bumping it with paint. I asked him to paint the rest of the ceiling to match. He said it wasn’t in the contract. I said then you shouldn’t have gotten any on there! Brent told us they had 3 guys come in and spend another day performing touch ups and cleaning our hardwood floors. A full day of work for 3 guys tells you that they obviously left the jobsite far from complete the first time. I could go on and on about other issues. Long story short, this company is one to stay far away from. It was honestly such a terrible job I can’t believe they have a single good review. Anyone reading this will probably think the same thing I did, just a bad review from a customer expecting too much. That is absolutely not the case here. Use them at your own risk. We had originally intended to use this same company to paint the exterior but after the disaster inside we quickly decided to find a different company. Oh and I almost forgot, Brent specifically told us they would use Benjamin Moore paint. They used a cheaper line from a different company.
They did a good job till the last two days and we're in a hurry to finish. One room didn't have holes in the drywall filled in. They didn't clean up all of their mess and their was paint on the floor. Owner demanded payment and threatened to turn me into collections 2 days after the invoice was sent.

While it took longer than I expected to start the project, the crew led by Brandon was terrific. They explained what they were going to do, answered all of my questions, were polite and pleasant. The colors match quite well and they offered to come back if I see any spots that need a touchup.

Highly recommend!! My estimate was done through email/text, so I didn't have to take off work. The job was done in less than one day because they sent four employees at once. Multiple payment options offered.

I hired Profinish to paint our soffit, facia and gutters. They did a very professional job. Brandon's concern for ensuring we were completely satisfied was wonderful. He communicated everything along the way and felt he went above and beyond to get the job done. The whole team of painters were really hard workers too. Thank you and the house looks wonderful now!

We hired ProFinish Painting to limewash our brick ranch and paint the garage doors. From beginning to end Brent was very responsive. He provided the initial quote quickly and stayed in touch with us. We had initially hoped for May to begin the work, but since the weather was so nice, we actually have our project completed a month early. The entire crew that did our project was extremely professional and amazing to work with. They checked in throughout the project to ensure we were happy with the brick to limewash ratio. They were responsive to all of my questions and readily made adjustments to let a little more of the brick show through. Last minute I added on the painting of our basement window trim and Brent and the crew had that taken care of within a couple days. Overall, we could not be more pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend.

I can NOT recommend ProFinish Painting. Sadly, we were fooled by the glowing online reviews. We hired them to paint our kitchen cabinets for $5k and I would have been better off hiring college students for a few hundred bucks during a weekend job. Brent only showed up once to the job and that was after a disastrous first day of painting after I complained. We later learned that we had a training crew (this was not communicated to us when we booked the job and there certainly wasn’t a discount). There are drips on our supposedly “professionally” painted doors, paint marks on our appliances, walls and hardwood floors and we already have chipping. The pictures don’t lie. Brent promised to address the issues, but they weren’t fully resolved. He never inspected the work once the job was finished. IMO, that’s the sign of a business that doesn’t care once they receive their final payment. As a last straw, the doors were not reinstalled properly and we have had cabinet doors literally fly at us. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! We are having to redo their shoddy work.
In response to the owner….you wouldn’t know what the kitchen looked like when your crew left because you never came back to inspect their work. Why didn’t you look for yourself? And seriously, the name calling? You can call me whatever you want, but I know the truth. This is my kitchen and I see the terrible work your crew did on a daily basis. Your crew corrected some of the issues but not even close to all of them. Even the “fixes” were done half-a$$ed. And how are you not embarrassed that this was what your crews’ work looked? As far as your rave reviews…other clients must have had better luck than we did. For whatever reason, we got the short end of the stick. I added more pictures that were taken this morning as I updated this review. 10/06/22

Great work and pretty responsive. Our biggest issue was that they did not contact us regarding the finish of the paint, but I believe it was just a small mistake on both our parts. Even then, they did a good job painting three of our bedrooms in a day. Would recommend.

I called them on Friday for an estimate. I sent them pictures of the painting and other work needed. They started work yesterday and were done today. That's pretty fast! They did a great job.
