Scott and Orzo, the installers for Blind-Quest, did an outstanding and professional job installing all the blinds in our house. They explained all the aspects of the remote blinds; Teri did an outstanding job with the measurements of the blinds. We are extremely pleased with Blind-Quest!!

Sharing my mom’s story! Sharing my nightmare experience with BLIND QUEST! Ordered one window blind the first week of September, was told 8 to 10 weeks. Called after 8 weeks, left a message. No return call. Called 5 days later and was told in not such a nice way not to call that they would advise me when product shipped. Called in November and was told product was coming by freight and no date of delivery was known. In mid December I saw a facebook ad and it had a CONTACT US OPTION. Sent an email and did receive a response. Said my blinds would be in December 22 and was able to set an install date. That date and time arrived and pasted. I called, left a message. The installer called and said my blinds were not in. I had not received a call to cancel my appointment. Called that Friday and was told it would be another week. Just got my blinds Friday Would never use or recommend this company. Horrible customer service! ALWAYS USE BUDGET BLINDS. MY DAUGHTER ORDERED BLINDS IN MID DECEMBER AND THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED !-B. The staff was friendly and very easy to work with. They showed all the options, came to the house to measure, and did the install. The installers were friendly and fast…they did 10 blinds in about 30 minutes and they look great! Thank you Blind Quest for all your help!

Great experience, awesome products. This was the first big project we planned for our new home. The sales staff was helpful and very patient, the office was totally understanding when we needed to make a change to our order, and the installers were fast and friendly with the whole family. We love having control over the sunlight throughout the house and our windows look fantastic. So glad we found this company.
