Our main drain was clogged and while unclogging it they broke a part of the snake off in the drain. They opened up various parts in the ceiling in the basement looking for the broken off piece assuring us they would have someone close the ceiling when done, but they never found it. They got permission to open up only certain sections of the ceiling but took the liberty to tear out 4 or 5 sections without our approval. At the end of the job, they refused to fix the ceiling leaving us with the expense of having someone else do it and the broken piece still stuck in our drain. This was brought to Todd’s attention and he refused to do anything to make repairs saying our pipes were at fault. Will NEVER call this company again, and deem from this moment on nothing but calamity for the state of their business.
Ken was wonderful on our service call. He explained the problem and the cost for repair straight up. He cleaned and sanitized the bathroom upon completion. Scottish Plumbers are wonderful.

Scottish Plumber provided the best service that I have had in a LONG time. I needed 3 drains rodded in an old building. They actually showed up at the beginning of the arrival window, they had a deep knowledge of the plumbing problems in old properties, they explained everything very well, and the prices were very reasonable. The main plumber on this job, Robert, was very friendly as well. I absolutely recommend The Scottish Plumber, and they will be my first call for future plumbing needs.

Tom came out to our house on time, assessed the problem with our clogged bathroom sink, then provided a reasonable estimate and quickly resolved the problem. Our house is old, so he also took the time to explain how we could avoid the problem in the future. He was friendly, helpful, and clearly knows his stuff. I've used The Scottish Plumber several times, and every one of their people has been equally nice and competent. In my experience, The Scottish Plumber is the best plumbing service on the North Shore.

I needed someone to come out and snake my pipes and to assess the issue. I work a split shift, and my window isn't flexible. The receptionist was great. She looked at various schedule options to accommodate me. She also let me know that the technician is usually early. That is exactly what happened. My technician, Tom T. was great. I will continue to use this service in the future.

We had an emergency clog at our shop. Initially they had an opening a couple days out which we took. Later that day the Scottish Plumber team was quick to inform us of an opening sooner (same day!) and came out to resolve our issue. Scott and his teammate was helpful in explaining what went wrong and how it could be prevented in the future. They cleaned up after their work. Highly recommended as a small business owner! Thanks again!!
