Overall I am very satisfied with the work Century did with my kitchen remodel. Samantha was very easy to work with and always kept in contact with me regarding all aspects of the project. The finished project looks amazing. This was my first major remodel and I was surprised by the affordability, even though it was a fairly big project (moving plumbing, removing walls etc).
The timeline of the project was about a month and a half over the estimate- mostly because of the cabinet manufacturer shipping the island that was (mistakenly) two different colors (on two occasions). I will say that the cabinets (WF Cabinetry) are unfortunately not the highest quality; uneven paint, drawer mechanisms inconsistent- and I believe WF was the mid grade option. If I had to do the project over again I would not pick WF Cabinetry, I am not certain what other options were available.
Some of the contractors were not the tidiest, I frequently had to vacuum and mop to get the dust under control even after asking that they clean up after themselves. The cabinets also had a decent amount of saw dust in them even when they were finished- I thought maybe a once over cleaning upon installation being completed would have been a nice touch.
Again, overall very happy with the finished project!
We had a major remodel on our home. Century Kitchens & Bath did an amazing job. There were at least one person every day, and often a large crew making progress. Tiffany would text us every evening on what to expect the next day which was great. Like any major construction project, unexpected issues can pop up. Steve, the owner, made sure to rectify any issue and concern even if it was out of their control or responsibility. The crew was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Great workmanship!

This is my 2nd time using Century for a total kitchen and bath remodel. They also did many other remodeling around my house, ie added a sliding glass door where there was only a window before. Added crown molding throughout house. etc. They always amaze me with the ideas and knowledge!! Tiffany was so fun to work with. She was always very responsive to all my questions and concerns. She knows her stuff and gets to know the clients needs and wants. From the Plumbers to electricians to Steve and John..Everyone so friendly. They made me feel like we all knew each other forever!! I would highly recommend Century Kitchens and Bath for any of your remodel needs.

Century Kitchen did a full gut remodel of our galley kitchen. Our designer, Samantha did a fabulous job designing a functional and beautiful kitchen. She guided us every step of the way. We are very pleased with our end results and would use Samantha and Century Kitchen for remodeling again.

I can say only positive things about our experience with Century. We have a small house with a small kitchen and needed to maximize the useful space. After wasting months with one contractor who did not think of us as a priority, we went to Century. Tiffany, our designer, made several creative suggestions to make out new kitchen both functional and beautiful. They gave us a work schedule for the project and managed to keep on schedule throughout. Tiffany monitored the work every step of the way, so any issues were caught and corrected immediately. The workers were friendly, polite and professional. Communications were excellent; I particularly appreciated receiving a text each evening from Tiffany telling me who would be working with us the next day. I would not hesitate to engage Century again for future projects.

Century redid my kitchen and it looks fantastic! Cabinet installation, countertop, and backsplash placement was precise and accurate. Samantha the designer, designed my kitchen beautifully. She is the reason I didn't panic as she kept me in the loop for everything going on, who was there, who was not there, what was happening in the project time line. Her infectious personality and smile made the whole kitchen gut job bearable and worth it.

Century did a full kitchen remodel and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They have so many options to stay in budget but not lose quality.

I was blown away at the craftsmanship of the cabinets from Century!!! My kitchen looks like a page from a Restoration Hardware catalog and I couldn’t be happier!! Recommend Century times to all my friends and colleagues- especially Samantha. Super professional and amazing to work with.

Our total kitchen project was done by Century kitchens. I am not suggesting that you do not use the company, I am just suggesting that you go into the project with total knowledge of how they do their work.
While many kitchen remodeling companies use various subcontractors to do each part of the project, Century uses a mix of their own employees and subcontractors. On my project the majority of the work was done by Century employees except for drywall and painting. This at times meant that the people doing a specific task were not specialists in doing that work. More on that later.
My project was completed about five years ago so I have a perspective on how well the work turned out over time.
I have a great deal of experience in commercial building and trades. What I was pleased with was that the project moved along at the promised pace. What surprised me was that day to day different people showed up, many who lacked the talent and skill to do the job. Many times this was compounded by the fact that they were poorly supervised.
On every project there are problems that occur. On this project the drywall on the ceiling had to be reworked after it was painted because the screw dimples were obvious. Century had the drywall and painting contractors fix the work.
The electrical work was less than perfect. Over the past five years two of the downlights had to be removed because the wiring had somehow come loose. This was not expected as part of routine follow up and the rework was done by others.
The most serious defect was the installation of the wood floor. The installation completed by Century's own employees was faulty from the start. The floating installation was not glued properly and each year more joints break loose and gaps present themselves. Century refused to correct the problem and to this day the floor, which was expensive, continues to deteriorate because their employees lacked the skill to install it properly. This was confirmed by the floor manufacturer and an independent floor consultant. After trying to get Century to correct the problem I eventually just gave up. Now, each year I am on my hands and knees pounding the boards back together with a rubber mallet to close the joints that they didn't glue and install per manufacturers specifications.
The point of my review years after the work is to warn potential buyers that they may need to require review of who is doing each installation step to avoid the results I ended up with.

We used Century Kitchens & Bath for a kitchen overhaul. Steve, the owner, was very up front, honest and answered all of our questions. He was approachable during the entire project. Our on-site team, Pete Battaglia, Al and Ethan were wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, offered fantastic ideas, and kept a very reasonable schedule considering we were living in the house (with two little kids!) through the entire project. I would definitely recommend this company for a remodel and have already told many of our friends to give them a call. We are beyond happy with the results!!!

Steve and Randy and the crew did an awesome job on my kitchen, mud room, family room, dining room and hallway. Everything cam out fantastic and we just love the way the house looks. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were dependable, respectful and very hard workers. They turned my house into my dream home and I plan on using them again to finish our bedroom and bathroom next.
Randy helped us find the perfect tiles, colors, cabinets and quartz to make the now open concept living area a dream come true. Everything turned out even better than we expected.

I just want to start by saying, WOW! This company is hands down PROFESSIONAL! If you want your kitchen remodeled, I couldn't recommend any other company. Before we moved ahead with our project, we of course shopped around. Yes, there were cheaper companies, but I prefer a straightforward, reliable, honest and fair company to do business with. Especially since you're inviting them into your home. They were always punctual, fair with their pricing, always professional and courteous, and they did the job on time and on budget! We couldn't be happier! Thanks Steve and crew for a perfect experience!

After careful consideration and having several estimates done, I decided upon Century Kitchens & Bath to complete my unfinished "man cave". They had no trouble coming up with several designs to meet my needs and suggestions for the latest in technology gadgets for my lighting and electrical needs for my wet bar and shelving needs. This company is really on the ball, they are proactive and my designer Tiffany was with me through every step of the way. She was happy to help with all my dumb questions and with my last minute changes and decisions. The workmen were prompt and polite, they cleaned up after themselves before they left the house. When it comes time to do my kitchen they are going to be at the top of my call list. Thank you Century!
