Absolutely love working with them. I have used them on multiple high-end projects but also on projects where I am trying to save money. Their selection is so great so they really can accommodate most budgets. I’m currently working with them on my own house right now and am really impressed with everyone I’ve dealt with. I’ve had nightmare experiences with other countertop companies in the area - these companies can appear to be a little bit cheaper but the quality is not great and the actual installation has not been pretty. Not to mentioned they always seem to tack on additional fees. West Chicago Custom Countertops is patient and if I ever do have issues with the installation, they are always willing to make things right. I can’t recommend West Chicago Custom Countertops enough!

They did an ok job but a few complaints. 1 they told me to have the farm sink installed before the counters but the installers ripped out my sink and broke my cabinet. When I contacted them they offices ZERO about it and it cost me and extra 350 to have fixed. Instead of helping me they started to send me over due notices. 2. I had waterfall counters installed and I noticed that there was hard to see chips all along the bottom where the counters meet the floor. After issue one was never resolved I figured why even contact them about this. 3. I have deep counter and the stove is normal length. They did not put a price behind the stove so. Is either my stove is far back and there is a large gap between the front of the counter and the front of the stove or if I bring it forward there is a huge gap between the back of the stove and the wall. I have done many foreclosures so this is not my first kitchen rehab. My first red flag, I asked for the sink cut out, so I can make a matching cutting board and they could not do that. Every other counter place I have asked to do this for me has done it except these guys. It costs them nothing for the cut out.
