I contracted with Oakwood Electric to install a ceiling fan in a location that did not have electrical access. Their quote was reasonable and Pedro.the electrician, was outstanding. He was on time, courteous, speed tarps over the floor and furniture. Once locating an outlet where he could get electricity, from he ran the sires without cutting an additional hole into the ceiling. He carefully cut the hole for the box only. He let the living room in the same condition he found it and offered to help move furniture back. This is not the first time I have use Oakwood. They installed and service my Generac generator. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and electricians. I recommend them for any electrical project you may have.

I’ve been a customer for a while with Oakwood electric. About a month ago I called for generator service and when the technician came he did the service and told me that one sensor was bad and he changed it. I paid the invoice that was totaled by the technician without any issues. About a week later I noticed that the red light was still on so I called and Trish said she will send the technician. When I asked “I hope I don’t need to pay for this she replied it depends on what he’s going to find “. The technician came and tested the generator and decided that the oil pump is bad and either the engine or the whole generator needs to be changed. And he left an invoice with 0 dollars. Then I received an email from them that’s it will cost about $4500 to replace the engine and about $7500 to replace the generator. Few days later I received an invoice in the mail for &170 for the visit that the technician had done to determine the oil leak. When asked about that Trish replied that the technician made a mistake and he should not write 0 dollars in the invoice and it’s up to them to decide on the fees for the service and they expect the payment in full. And I did end up paying them the $170. I had the generator oil pump replaced by another electrician for $1350. They would have charged 3k more for the same service. I will definitely no longer stay with them.

Arvy and Peter were top-notch professionals. They came out to install new conduit and wiring for a Wall charger and did a clean, competent job from start to finish. They took time to walk me through their process and also suggest the best place for final install of the charging unit, after that, they set to work and ensured everything was nice and tight so to speak. This was my first time using Oakwood Electric but I won’t hesitate to call them again and ask for these two gentlemen for any of our other electrical needs

Arvy and Jesse came to install my EV charger, they did an amazing job running the cable down the basement and into my panel from the garage! Install was clean, they were very professional as well! Also the company is very reliable and well organized, they also didn't charge for the quotation which was very reasonable unlike other companies, also the guy that came to do the quote was very professional and knew what needs to be done. I highly recommend them!
