Jerry Dilworth came for an estimate. He was thorough and kind. He gave us a price on a new door. He also told us many, many things about our existing sliding doors that we didn't know. He actually was so fair and professional that he told us we could do things to repair our existing doors (we have to contact the manufacturer for that... Dilworth doesn't do that work) and that that would be a better route than purchasing new doors. He is a man of unusual integrity, and if we ever actually do need a new door, he's going to be the first one we call.

We moved into a new home recently and there was quite a draft from a few of our windows. I slapped some plastic over it but then plastic literally blew off in the middle of the night...on the INSIDE of our window. So I immediately contacted Dilworth Windows, who had previously done work for my parents, and had them come out for a quote. Jerry Dilworth himself came by the house, explained all our options, told us to shop around (no, thanks, we liked what we saw!), and provided us a quote. He even offered to install a cat seat for us on the window sill for our chunky cat who liked to look out the front window. We called them back quickly. He brought a sample window to us during my son's naptime to show the quality and exactly what it was going to look like. We scheduled that day and they were out within a month (supply issues, not their fault for the length of time). Installation was less than a days work. The gentlemen who came were professional. They cleaned up absolutely everything (the house was cleaner after they left than when they showed up). Jerry called about a week later to ask how everything was and we told him everything was perfect! Because it was! Love the lifetime warranty (even if we sell the house). Highly recommend!

Dilworth Windows is simply an exceptional vendor to work with. From the initial consultation, the owner, Jerry was more like a trusted friend, advising us on what he feels would be the best solution. There was no pressure, plenty of relevant answers and pricing that was extremely fair (and we had many competitors quote on our project). Windows are not an inexpensive purchase so we wanted to know our options; making sure that we got quality at a reasonable price and delivered quickly. The installation was just amazing as well. The Dilworth team came in, removed the old windows quickly and cleanly and installed our beautiful, energy efficient replacements. This might sound corny but it is a real pleasure to open the windows and enjoy the breeze now; especially after having old, sticking, drafty casement windows. We HIGHLY recommend Jerry and Dilworth Windows!

(March 2022) Back with a new review...this time for windows. We just had new ProVia double hung windows, 1 awning window and 1 large picture window replaced in our home. Our previous windows were 24 years old, also installed by Dilworth back in the day. We wanted new windows because the balance system had started to fail in many, making the windows hard to open...seemed normal for their age. Due to new siding from last year's project all the windows were replaced from inside (my decision since our window interior trim really needed a new paint job anyway). I was really nervous of the mess, but Mark and Alex were amazing and clean. The windows look beautiful, the install was on time and as planned, and Jerry the owner was over throughout the two days to check on the job and answer any questions I had. I am picky. Unfortunately, I will find any mistakes. To walk the interior and exterior of my house and not have a punch list going through my mind of things to fix or touch up is truly a small miracle. Now they are brand new so I can't speak to the product, but for installation and professionalism Dilworth was amazing once again. I would 100% recommend them! (2017) We needed to replace our old and drafty back entry door and I found Dilworth Windows & Doors on what else, a Google search! So happy I called because the customer service was so nice and made the process very easy. I had no idea doors were so involved and we even have an odd sized door to deal with. I worked with Jason and he was awesome! With our door's restrictions he found us the closest match to our ideal door that we could get. It's beautiful! A solid door (that my two little ones can't easily slam anymore!), beautiful glass and finish. And we lucked out with a super fast delivery, like 3 weeks earlier than we thought. The 2 installers worked fast, very clean and friendly. Seriously, I didn't know doors could be so expensive (from anywhere) so we are thrilled that we went with a quality and reputable company using their own employees for installing the door. Definitely would recommended to anyone who needs a new door...and I would believe the same goes for windows. Katie

We had a great experience with Dilworth when getting our new front door. Casey was super helpful and guided us through the options and the process and was always responsive and on time. The installers did a great job, even though whoever previously installed our front door made some interesting modifications to the frame that they had to fix. We initially visited another nearby door store and were turned off by their sales process, and constant need to try to upsell us. We never felt any unwanted pressure from Dilworth and in the end our expectations were exceeded in every way!
