We are so unlucky living in Chicago area with such an unpredictable weather; However, we are so lucky having ProDry and their team leaders Mike and Dan by our side! We had 3-4 water damage issues over the years, and I have hired different companies before. My experience with other companies is like one disaster after another. But ProDry ended my nightmare dealing with other companies and water damage. They are as good as it can get! It is so easy to make an appointment with them; they always stay on top of the communications not only with the client and also with the insurance company! They are so responsive on phone calls, text messages! They did fantastic cleaning up work; flawless paperwork fully complied with insurance company's rules. I wholeheartedly recommend ProDry to anyone in need of water restoration services. They are not just a company; they are a lifesaver in times of crisis. Their professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to their customers are truly outstanding. I am grateful to have had them by my side.

We have had the pleasure of working with ProDry on two occasions for water leaks in our basement and they have been nothing short of outstanding. They provided us with expert advice and the necessary supplies to dry up the water and prevent any further damage or mold growth. We are truly grateful and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of water damage repair services. We hope to never have to call them again, but if the need arises we would not hesitate to do so!

Came home from trip on a Sunday and found myself in two inches of water because my water heater had busted. While I hope this never happens to you, I can recommend ProDry Restoration if you do. They were here within a hour of my call. Avery, Mike and his entire team have been knowledgeable, professional and kind through my entire situation- going above and beyond to explain the issues and working with insurance procedures.
