We were very unhappy with our experience with 618 cabinetry. There were serious errors made with the design created by Nik that ended up costing us hundreds of dollars. We triple checked our measurements and had our contractor present when we ordered to ensure the information and measurements we provided were accurate. Nik assumed there was a half wall on one side of our alley kitchen without ever clarifying. She also shorted us 7 inches of cabinetry on the other side for no apparent reason. When we went back to reveal these miscalculations there was no responsibility taken and we had to purchase fillers and an additional cabinet that wasn’t included in our original design.

We also discovered we had been shorted crown molding but because it wasn’t detected at pick up we had to purchase an additional two pieces for almost $100. The cabinets also were delivered with scratches and misaligned drawers and doors that required additional time and effort from our contractor to fix. Our contractor installed our cabinets several weeks after receiving them so again per their policy they were not responsible.

I highly recommend going elsewhere that can handle basic math or at the very least take accountability when mistakes are made. What an awful experience.
