Installed a sump drain for my neighbors, ran out of 1" 1/2 pvc, after crossing my property line they left the end of the pipe exposed washing out my yard and creating a trip hazard. Talked to the guys who did the work who assured me they would be out in a few days to correctly notch the curb and take the drain to the curb, 3 weeks later still a no go. Called and spoke to someobe who also said they would correct it, 1 week later still a no go. Next step will be pulling the libe back to the property line and turning it to flow to their driveway. 4 weeks straight without a dry road in front of my house, they could have ran the line the opposite way to the DRAINAGE ditch that runs along the other side of the property. Nice guys, but very very very dishonest apparently.
Stole my dads property from 1800 lincoln st stole everything in building they recieved it from andy van fron vans carburetor services in Indianapolis which dont use thier business thier. Dirty emerin AMI owner CROOK WE WILL GET OUR STUFF BACK WERE SUING YOU AND WHO EVER TOOK THE PROPERTY IS PROSECUTED

BEWARE OF Imran Ashiq from Ami Construction LLC and Madalynne Stanton from Jablys Property Management LLC, Anderson, Indiana. These two are absolute crooks and should be AVOIDED at all costs. Between the pair of them, they have pretended to do rehabs. They have charged for work never done, they have charged thousands for painting a house that was never done, Imran has nailed new carpet with 4 inch nails. His tiling is appalling, between them, their taste is terrible. Everything is done on the cheap and then they gouge the bill. All his work on many houses, has had to redone by professionals. Ashiq has mended roofs that have fallen in and caused so much damage, he never uses the correct materials. He once put in a bathroom for me, and when electricity was switched on for new tenant, there was no light switch to switch bathroom light off. Light was on permanently. He has charged for renewing plumbing on several house,s and has never changed one inch of it. He has left houses electrically live. He put in the cheapest kitchen in a house, and did not wire up the exhaust fan. All his work is NOT TO CODE. Imran Ashiq and Madalynne Stanton have stolen thousands from their clients. BOTH SHOULD BE IN JAIL. Never, ever get this man to do any type of job, he has left many of my houses in worse repair. As for Madalynne Stanton, his ex partner in crime, I suggest she is unfit to have a Brokers Licence, she keeps clients money. THEY WORKED THIS SCAM TOGETHER, and many, many people have been burnt. He is not worth a fraction of a star, but I have to give him one in order to post. Feel free to contact me for further information.
