Just followed 2 of their trucks down 236… they were doing 40 in a 55!! Most definitely a driving hazard!! They had 1/2 miles worth of cars behind them!!
Awesome people very professional highly recommend.

We had a tree knock out power lines and our meter base on a weekend and the team from West Electric was at our house by 7:45 am Monday. They called me right away, put in a new unit, and even took care of making sure the city inspector signed off that day so that we could get our power turned back on by the evening. Exceptional and fast service. The owner even stopped by 2 days later to make sure everything was done right and to ask if we had any follow up questions.

Terrible customer service! I've made two attempts to make an appointment. After being recommended by a friend. The first attempt I was told by the lady that answered the phone that "they was booked and wouldn't take an appointment." So I called back at a later date, hoping to schedule a date to have some work done. The gentleman that answered the phone took my information and informed me that "they would reach back out to me to come to my home within two weeks." I never heard back from them.
Actions speak louder than words. Their actions spoke in volumes! I would and will not recommend their services to anyone. After seeing how they treat a customer. Not to mention a potentially new customer...

The first time we utilized West Electric they went about $100 over the quote. The second time I called for service, they called about two months later--nope.
