We called to get a quote on our foundation settling. The appointment was set for 10am. No one showed up so we called and they said they would reach out to the man who was supposed to show up. We called twice and no one came. An hour and a half later...someone is at our door, says he was with another client. We tell him that he should have contacted us and said he was going to be later. He kept throwing in our face that he was with a high profile client and simply could not step away from the meeting. Unacceptable. Poor customer service. This man did not like that we called him out on his being late and unprofessional behavior that he got upset and said he would leave because this “wasn’t working out”. It was his unprofessionalism that we were voicing to him and that we hoped it wouldn’t be a poor reflection of his work, and he couldn’t take the criticism...hopefully his “high profile” client...the commissioner of whatever city see this company for what the truly are...

Apparently driving around silver vehicles labeled Fetters Construction gives you the right to speed everywhere in fort wayne and cut people off while they are in a round about. #48 silver ford edge
