We love our new shower! Matt & Brian were very efficient, professional, and pleasant. They went above & beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our shower. We definitely would recommend Chapman Bath to anyone.
Brian and Matt did a great job on our master bath remodel. They were always courteous and conscientious and they didn’t stop until they made sure that everything was correct and working properly. We would recommend Chapman Custom Baths if looking to update. This was our second experience using them and both times we were happy with our choice.

Just finished updating second bathroom with Chapman. Excellent to work with from getting estimates to picking out vanity, sink, and medicine cabinet and having it installed. Would definitely recommend.

We would highly recommend Chapman Bath! The work was done in a timely manner. Everything that we had discussed was accomplished. We are thrilled with the final product. The crew was friendly, professional, respectful. If we remodel another bathroom, we will call Chapman first!! The bathroom is being painted today so I’ll have to post pictures later.

We had a need to change one of our bath/shower units to a walk-in shower. We researched different companies on line and were still undecided. We visited Chapman's showroom in Brownsburg and the quality of their product was clearly above others we reviewed and decided right then to go with Chapman. Everyone we worked with was very professional and knowledgeable. The installers did an outstanding job and worked non-stop without even taking a lunch break. We love our new shower.

We needed our primary bathroom redone and we are so happy we went with Chapman Custom Baths. The crew did an amazing job and always cleaned up after. It was done in eight days like they originally said. We love our new bathroom!

Requested a quote from Chapman Custom Baths in early December 2023 for 2 bath remodels. Design was conducted by Julie and she was very helpful and patient during our consultation and provided many excellent options. We agreed to the contract and materials were ordered. Construction began in late February with a 2 week estimate for time of completion. Installers Gary, Brian and Matt got right to work on the installations and were exceptional in workmanship. They consulted me during the process and kept me in the loop on what they were completing. Each day they cleaned up before leaving. Overall my wife Nancy and I were very pleased with the quality of materials, workmanship and ease in doing business with Chapman. We highly recommend them for any bathroom remodeling needs and would definitely use them again!. Five ⭐️’s!

Chapman Custom Baths did a beautiful and professional job on our Master Bath remodel! They did exactly what we asked without trying to oversell. They stuck to their estimate. Most importantly they did quality work and the final product looks amazing! Shout out to Gary, especially- he went out of his way to help us with unexpected things that popped up. John and his team also provided recommendations for contractors for work that was outside the Chapman team’s scope and each of these people were responsive and did great work, too!
I have already recommended them to family members and friends!

We were very impressed with the quality of time and craftsmanship that all Chapman Custom Bath employees provided our project.
We were on a deadline, and they completed the project in the time we needed, even after a problem we had with our floors. Chapman's was able to throw an extra team, who was also great, on the problem to complete the project on time. Steve and Matt started the project, and their craftsmanship and professionalism provided a beautiful bathroom. Owner John and Johnie, CEO, Brandon, and Project Manager, checked in on the project several times to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and loved our bathroom. Thanks so much to the whole Chapman team for your attention to detail.

Great customer service! Didn’t waste my time with a long 60+ minutes sales pitch. Came straight in listen to what I said. Took measurements and sent me the quote. Once I accepted it I talked to Julie and stepped through the process to design my shower. The team came over and they were friendly, very detailed and kept me informed the entire time. They put down tarp to keep everything as clean as possible. They cleaned up really nice as well.

Honestly, we could not have been happier with the work Chapman did on our bathroom. Our home is 100 years old and that presented challenges. They showed up on time and despite the challenges, completed the project in the timeframe promised. The crew assigned to us were a pleasure to have in our home - courteous, considerate and they left our home immaculately clean at the end of each day. They made our selection process easy and the wide array of finish choices gave us exactly what we wanted in this remodeling project. The finished bathroom is both functional and beautiful! We heartily recommend Chapman Custom Bath and would be happy to talk to anyone considering using them! K& M

We had a great experience with a remodel of our master bath. We love the outcome. It’s exactly what we hoped for. Chapman bathrooms did a good job listening to what we wanted in our start with Jon and our meeting with Julie for design. The solid surface product is great as we wanted to stay away from tile, grout lines, and have a walk in shower. Our technicians Steve and Matthew were great to work with. They had a little help from Gary and Jose. Constantly checking with us making sure everything was what we wanted. Example, heights of mirrors and lights. They made sure we were happy with all those small details. They arrived when they said they would, and completed the project on the day they expected. They kept things cleaned up and neat so we didn’t have a mess all throughout the house.
