Brent was great to work with, he offered us a great price, for a great quality roof and got it installed quickly, knowing we were up against the impending winter season. We were happy with the speed and attention to detail of his crew, Everything was dropped off the day before install, crew arrived early on install day, and worked until after sundown.
Brent and the team were a tremendous help to us as we navigated our roof replacement options. Brent worked really well with our notoriously difficult insurance company to get our roof replacement covered. He took us through each step of the process which put us at ease--which can be difficult given the cost and size of the project. His past experience working in the insurance industry was crucial. I can’t recommend EastWest Roofing enough! Brent and his team are very focused on customer service, quality, and communication. This team picked up where another contractor failed epically and got the job done, and done well! Brent and Jason handled everything from day one. The roofing team was professional, friendly, and neat. I am extremely grateful for their hard work and commitment.

I would highly recommend East West for any roofing needs. They replaced my roof a couple years ago after a storm. It looks great & I haven’t had any problems with it since. I lost some siding from the winds a couple weeks ago & they are working on that now. Would recommend this company.

Initial response and experience were great. Jamie and Jason worked with our insurance company to get as much covered as possible. June 2021 was the storm with bad hail. Roof was replaced November 2021 and the gutters April 2022. The wrong gutter color was ordered but they were good to quickly fix that. There were some issues with the roof that needed fixing. It took several emails and phone calls back and forth to get those fixed.
Now the frustrating part. Our insurance covered partial siding replacement so we opted to pay out of pocket for the entire house to be resided. The house was re-sided but there were several issues with vinyl siding bubbling out or j channel not being installed properly. There was also a lot of damage to the rest of the house. Molding removed and not reinstalled on the porch, broken exterior lights that were installed with drywall screws, two security cameras were thrown away, doorbell was thrown away, exhaust vent for stovetop broken and fascia/soffit boards damaged without being replaced. The gutters on the front porch are not sloped properly and the water is pooling. They came by and caulked for the leak but did not fix the slope.
Emails and requests to fix these issues have gone unanswered. The owner Brent has been by promising updates for months now and there have been no improvements.
With only the punch list items remaining, the final invoice was paid and now there is no indication they are going to complete the work let alone warranty anything.
I would highly recommend avoiding using this company for any work. It is very clear they are only interested in selling jobs and then not following through doing a complete and proper job. The turnover within their company is telling.

I wish I could work with East West Construction. The owner Brian brought me gas when I was stranded on the side of the highway with my family. He refused to take my money to thank him. Please do business with them if you need a roof. I'm sure you won't regret it. It's a gem to have small businesses that are full of integrity and serve their community. Thanks Brian.

East West Construction did an amazing job with our roof. After it was discovered we had wind damage and needed a full repair the East West team handled everything including help filing a claim. The crew were polite and efficient while competing the roof. I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend.

They were really easy to work with in getting our roof replaced. Matt walked us through the whole process with our insurance company. Their crew was very respectful and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Would definitely recommend East West Construction.

I was in need for roof repair. EastWest Construction was great during the whole process. EastWest worked closely with my insurance company. They were able to replace my house roof and fix interior water damage. I trust the workmanship and appreciate the follow up. Thank you.
