Couldn't be happier with our new wood floor. Great patience and customer service from our rep Will. We must have changed styles and colors 3 or 4 times. Great deal too. Our installers (Mick and crew) were beyond top notch. Complete first floor redo removing old 3/4 hardwood and carpet. Very cautious and meticulous. Fixed imperfections overlook when the home was built. And kept us in the loop every step of the way. It's not often these days to find someone who enjoys and takes pride in the result rather than just doing a job. Completely recommend and have no second thoughts.

We couldn't be happier with our new vinyl floor. Will worked with us after bringing home numerous samples on different days. The samples were large, approximately 2' x 3'. He was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of flooring and very patient with us on each of our visits. Their installing crew, Mick and Rubin, were superb; very professional, detailed, friendly, etc. I couldn't believe how Mick pre-cut the shoe molding and it all fit without re-cuts. Just 2 great guys who throughly knew their profession. They moved furniture, cleaned up each day, and disposed all carpeting and trash. The job included living room, kitchen, dining area, utility room, hallway, 4 closet floors, and 2 bathrooms.

Would never recommend. Banter did the flooring for my builder in my new house. They have twice re-grouted the master bath. The tiles are loose, you can hear and feel them move. They refuse to return phone calls and I have made visits into the store where I have been lied to my face. I’m not sure Ginny is even a real person.

Had the shrimp dish al mojo de ajo, came with a garlic sauce. I had the kitchen add crushed chili's. Sauce was good. Even better drizzle over the rice along with what dripped off my tacos. I met Chandon, plesant guy. Impressed that he went so far as to praise an employee in front of other team members. Excellent moral booster. Always enjoy speaking with other Food was excellent, Modelo Negra was cold, excelkent selection of tequilas. Company was great. I gotta remember to take photos more often.

I would not recommend them. Installation was horrible! The installers made a huge mess and badly disrespected the home; soiled freshly cleaned carpet, soiled and scratched freshly painted walls, left layers of dust created by removing the ceramic tile all over everything including the furniture which had just been cleaned. My initial showroom experience was good but all went south after that. The material was not delivered when promised and had to wait 3 weeks longer than promised. The salesman forgot to order the transitions and had to wait another week for those. Banter took no responsibility but blamed all on the installer. Banter hired the installer!!

I recently purchased tile for my kitchen floor and was extremely happy with the service I received at Banter Flooring. My sales associate, Dana, at Banter Flooring was such a delight to work with. Dana was very knowledgeable about the different types of tile (as well as other flooring coverings), she was very helpful in knowing what is current and she even had cabinet and counter top samples to help aid in my decision. Dana was kind, patient with us, and helped us every step along the way. Banter flooring has flooring for every budget – however I must say they have the lowest prices around. They can’t be beat. The selection of flooring is HUGE. And the turn-around time was fantastic. I ordered my tile on Tuesday and picked it up Thursday. I have a few more flooring projects coming up this year – and will, without a doubt, go directly to Banter flooring and skip the shopping around. Wonderful service, wonderful selection and wonderful experience all around.
