Great price and job on large 2-story house we are remodeling. Replaced two exterior doors and about 25 custom size windows. The windows slide like butter, tilt in for cleaning, lock and unlock easily. Order early due to lead time (about two months for us with Covid). Not one single complaint from me. Will definitely use again!
Scott and Erik did a phenomenal job installing my new windows. The entire process was seamless, starting with Brandon taking accurate measurements and providing a clear quote. Scott and Erik arrived on time, well-prepared, and with the windows exactly as specified. Their attention to detail ensured the installation was not only secure but also aesthetically perfect. They were polite, friendly, and professional, taking the time to explain the functionality of the windows to us. Overall, it was a super experience!

The entire staff at Window World were amazing to work with!! No high pressure sales, answered all our questions and felt they genuinely cared. Was great to work with local company. Windows were installed fast and we could not be happier with the end result. Highly recommend!!!!

My experience with WW was very good.
The office staff is professional, kind and caring. With supply chain materials so backlogged, I did spend some time checking in with them, frequently. They were always happy to hear from me even though, they weren't able to get my windows yet. Now the windows are here, and the install team did a beautiful job. They too, were kind and professional, answered any questions or concerns I asked about. What a difference, and beautiful update to our home. I would recommend them to others.
A word of advice, if you are thinking of getting new windows, get them ordered asap, they take a while to come in, but SO worth the wait!

I have been waiting several months for a replacement window and have had to call 3 times because there have been no updates provided. The initial install went fine but the follow-up on the replacement window is unacceptable. It's interesting that others have gotten replacement windows quickly within the past few months and when I spoke with the customer service person they said that they were having problems with orders being timely.

I must say that I am very impressed with our Columbus Window world . We had our windows installed 6 years ago and have been very happy with them. During this past winter, we noticed one of our windows appeared to have a fog in them (we figured somehow gas escaped from within the panes of glass.) I called them to get a replacement (expecting them to question me and try to get out of replacement ) but to my surprise , they just asked me to give them the serial number off of the window and they immediately order a replacement for me and I recently had it installed. That is great customer service . Most companies say they have a replacement policy but do anything they can to not take care of the problem . The installation person was also very friendly and punctual. . I would highly recommend them.

Thank you Window World for doing a great job! I love my new windows. The installation guys, Rick and Jeff were very professional and courteous. Everything was cleaned up and left nice and tidy. I love the windows that were just installed 9/26/2019! The look of the house is much improved. The installers were professional and went right to work as soon as they arrived. I am looking forward to seeing how much warmer the house will be this Winter and the affect it will have on my fuel expense.
