Highly recommend Justin Dorsey plumbing!!! Had a toilet upstairs overflow and flood the house. They came out and got to work right away! Quick, professional and very kind. Told us the exact problem and gave us options to save money! I will only use JD plumbing from now on! These guys were exactly what we needed!!!

Had our water heater tank start leaking on Monday night, we called Tuesday morning, Plumber Kevin was at our house by lunch and had us all set up with a new tank before dinner. Excellent communication, professional, clean (no mess left behind, he actually left it better than he found it), friendly, and easy to do business with. Would definitely call them in the future for any professional plumbing needs.

We needed a new water heater installed on Friday after July 4th. Our technicians arrived on time, analyzed the situation and went over various option with us. Very professional. They worked into the early evening to make sure we would have hot water for the weekend. VERY satisfied!

I had a plumbing emergency, with basement flooding and no water to the house. Even though they were completely booked up, they were able to send out Zach, who was knowledgeable, pleasant, and quick. In no time flat, he got my problem fixed, water back to the house, and did everything for a very affordable amount. I would 100% use Justin Dorsey, and especially Zach, if i ever had any other plumbing needs in the future.

A friend recommended Dorsey Plumbing. I had a leak under one of my sinks, also a kitchen faucet that needed attention. I was able to make a convenient appointment, and the service man was prompt. Jeff fixed everything quickly; the fee was very reasonable. Very satisfied and will call them again.

The office staff was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The plumber was right on time. He took the time to listen to our questions and explained everything in an understandable way. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The plumber provided us with all of the options and recommended the least expensive fix which worked great. He also took the time to explain how to fix the problem in the future. I highly recommend Justin Dorsey Plumbing.
