Arrow Fence Company might take pride in the work they do but not the pride of their erratic drivers of their COMPANY trucks. Their drivers cut people off and almost cause accidents if other drivers wouldn't slam on their brakes to avoid collision. A company should pride themselves in all areas of their respected company and that includes their drivers.

Not impressed at all. I scheduled a quote, and when the appointment time rolled around the estimator never actually came to the house. I called the main line and they told me the estimator "came and honked but nobody came out of the house". Yes, I don't respond to random honks! Knock on the door, maybe? Then I was told I'd receive an estimate anyway if I still wanted it (yes) because he did take measurements....never got a call back or an email with an estimate. I'll find a more responsive, more professional place to do my fencing.

Completely unprofessional and lackluster installation done wrong. Bought a new home with a brand new fence installed by Arrow. After moving in and being told the fence comes with a warranty (which we now inherited) we noticed the 1 month old fence was leaning on one side and most of the posts were installed crooked and bowing. I called the office manager Becky who couldn’t of cared less and dismissed everything mentioned. She wouldn’t answer simple questions about warranties as to avoid any liability and any responsibility. For some reason she works as the customer service for the office, but she has no people skills or professional expertise to offer. She’s in a constant state of frustration and anger. I then stopped in the office to show her images of the terrible installation (since she couldn’t comprehend the issue vocally) and she went into full meltdown mode with a psychopathic smile on her face and told me to leave and someone would call me. She then grabbed my hand and forced a handshake. A week later Jeff the owner calls and says he will eventually come out to the property and look at the issues. In the meantime I sent pictures and after 3 weeks of no replies I’m now leaving this review. I believe litigation will be the only fix to the issue as they do not service their warranties and offer no customer service to even communicate a resolution.The images are of a 3 month old fence and that this is how it should look according to Arrow Fencing.

After adopting a new puppy, we knew we needed a fenced yard. We called several contractors, and Jeff at Arrow Fence came out right away to give us an estimate. He advised us that it would be about three to six weeks before they could install. In less than two weeks, we got the call that they were ready to start! We now have a wonderful chain link fence where our pup can safely play to his heart's content. We are so glad we chose Arrow Fence, and we would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality fence installed by friendly professionals.

I’ve worked with Arrow fencing commercially for years. When it came to a new fence at my home, i knew who to call. Arrow worked through pricing and design very quickly and made the choice very painless. Their install crew was very courteous and professional and completed the project right on schedule. The fence looks amazing!!!!!
