Sean Roeland has set up our home for my 12 week old puppy. Sean set our yard up several years ago for our large lab. "Big Red". Red tried to break every rule and possibility of Invisible Fence. Sean met every need for Red to be safe with patience and kindness. Sean is an outstanding teacher to pet and owner. Sean is professional in respect to owner, pet, and home. I am blessed to know my Chalk is in Sean's training.

The Invisible Fence team is exceptional, as is the product. I was skeptical and concerned about installing Invisible Fence, but my concerns were quickly put to rest. I can’t say enough positive about Molly! She worked with my puppy and with me in such a way that he had fun and quickly learned his boundaries. I truly felt Molly cared about his safely and happiness. She stressed it was not only important that he know his boundaries, but he needed to know the rest of the yard was his safe and happy area. He is still a puppy, but easily knows where he can go and where he can’t. He is not tempted to wander out to the sidewalk to greet other dogs or people. And, he happily and freely plays everywhere else! Although we do not leave him out alone at this point, we don’t have to worry each time he ventures beyond our reach. Invisible fence provides our puppy with some freedom, and allows us to relax knowing our puppy is safe. We have had Invisible fence for five months. The customer service provided is extraordinary! Responsiveness to questions and issues is prompt, courteous and caring. Shaun and Molly have both been very available as needed. When they say they have your back, they mean it! This team is just the best! Thank you!
