Scott was on time, quick, and professional. Our issue was taken care of in a timely manner with no mess left behind. The real MVP is Cindy! Got us taken care of when Rheam wanted it to be all on our shoulders. We will be using Earl Grey for any future plumbing needs. Customer Service is hard to find today, but we could not have asked for anything better!
John did an excellent job today resetting our water softener and installing our new kitchen faucet. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend Earl Gray & Sons.

Chris was a very nice young man . Did a great job ! He came in looking Happy ? and he left the same way ! He said , well that was painless ! So, I'm glad that he didn't have a difficult time working in the area he had to get to. I appreciated that he cleaned up after himself very nicely . I also love the new faucets and access panels for anything that could potentially go again at some point ! Thanks , Chris ! Keep up the good work ! I appreciate you !

Chris came to our home to install a wet bar and relocate our water softener. He was very professional, prompt, did an excellent job. I highly recommended him.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because my water heater went out right before a holiday weekend and by the time I called they could not come out same day. The technician came out early than expected and took care of the issue and explained everything he was doing. Would recommend!

The tech was prompt and very thorough. He flushed our tankless water heater, changed the filter element in our sediment filter, checked all of our drains and faucets and the main drain line. And, left us some organic drain cleaner to use in slow drains. This was covered by the 2 yr maintenance agreement we purchased last year. Very good service and an excellent value for the money.

Great customer service. Chris Mathew was very respectful. He cleaned after himself. He knows his job and explained everything things to me. I hope to see him back next year for the annual service check.

Our job started off with John and then ended with Jake. They were both very thorough and did what they said they were going to do. They were no surprises. Jake was very professional and answered my questions without seeming to be bothered. He completed the job. Very timely. I had a question regarding the water pressure in our new home and he is forwarding it over to someone in their company that did our new home build I would highly recommend them to anybody.

We were very pleased with the service. We thought we had a leaking hot water heater and it turned out to be a leaking main water supply line. CJ was very respectful of our home and took the time to answer my questions. We will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs.
We are return customers and had them install a handicapped accessible shower in our home in 2021. They installed grab bars, shower shelves and all the extra modifications we requested. We are still bragging about the great work they did.
