Jay and Skyler showed up a bit early and did a great job on windows. They had to deal with an older home and made things look the best they could. We will add trim to the inside ourselves as it is changing too!
We had an awesome experience with Window Doctor. We had four windows replaced. They were nice and professional. Brad explained and showed me how the windows operated and how the sealing would go. Plus answered all my questions. They cleaned up any messes that they have made which was a plus. I would recommend Window Doctor to my family and friends.

I recently had new windows installed by The Window Doctor, and I am incredibly pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
As for the windows themselves, I am thrilled with the quality. They have significantly improved the insulation of my home, making it more energy-efficient.
Overall, I highly recommend The Window Doctor for anyone looking to upgrade their windows. The entire process was seamless, and I am very satisfied with the results. Thank you to the team for a job well done!

The windows are great.. But Do NOT buy a Entry Door from them.. The customer is not going to ever be satisfied with these guys when it comes to entry doors.. they cut and tore out my old door on my enclosed front porch and brought what you would think was a heavy duty solid Entry door- look up a definition- energy efficient door.. no they ordered us a storm door @ $6000,00 and 2 separate work crews stopped on this job.. they refused to finish started January 6th during the snow storm and they left because he didn’t like the quality of the work that was done and now it’s May and we had to hire someone outside of Window Dr to take the door out and start all over .. the door is beat up by the way they left it.. the worst door and worst job I’ve ever seen… We were told we didn’t have to pay for the door but that we had to find and pay someone to install it because they do not do this kind of work.. why did they sell me a storm door and not the the door we thought we were getting and why can they install the storm door? We hired a person who said Window Dr needs to NOT do doors.. Dissappointed by the disrespect and open promises and rude phone calls and behavior at our home by top management.. Again we like the windows but will not allow them to do anything else.. we got windows 1st and then later a door if that’s what you want to call it.. we told someone else to get windows and they did and we never got our $100 check- they promised.. I don’t trust them especially Parker.. he’s the guy we dealt with the most .. he’s not professional at all.. we documented with photos and our security cameras and phone calls ..

Ordering the windows was a breeze, they have an "apples to apples" policy so if you find a better deal with the same quality windows before a month is up they will price match. I picked the color of the outside and inside of the window and they came out two months later ready to install. The installation crew came in and courteously removed their shoes then worked quickly and efficiently! There was a phone call to be sure we inspected the inside and outside of the window, and to be sure we knew how to work them. It was at this point that they explained my favorite feature. There is a little latch that flips out to avoid the window opening enough for a person to climb in or out. This is meant for burglars, but it functions great to keep my 5 year old from opening it and climbing out! There was also a promise to return if we call and need anything warranty wise. My windows look great, are energy efficient, and work beautifully! Thank you, Window Doctor!

The installers were on time and very professional. Install was quick and easy. The result exceeded every expectations that I had. Would highly recommend this company for all of your window needs.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the installation team. Cole and Trevor were professional, courteous and respectful. They even put up with my crazy dogs. The windows and doors look fantastic inside and out. I highly recommend The Window Doctor.

Wonderful company! Great customer service, great quality, great install. Our dining room never gets warm. With the new windows, it was warm within 30 minutes after install. Highly recommend.

After an initial mistake with the bay window order install went smoothly. Very kind and courteous employees. All work was completed in a timely matter. Highly recommend The Window Doctor! Very happy with our home's upgrade!
