Installing crew was great! We moved in to a smaller house and the garage was a little full. We tried to keep an area clear but the installers still needed to move several items. Great service, great work, very professional; definitely recommend them for any overhead door work.

The garage doors I purchased were good quality, but the experience was terrible. The salesman has horrible communication after you pay your down payment. Also, I specifically stated that I wanted the largest radius track I could fit but they sold me the standard 15" even though I could have fit the 32" then told me I can't come swap them out because it's not "itemized". On top of that, they SEVERELY over-charge you for an upgraded opener. Nothing like paying $400 more than you can get it online AND have to pay more for installing it even though it's a very simple install.

I’m in sales and manage a large company so I know how important follow up calls and under promising to over deliver actually is. I also receive reviews in my line of work and understand how important reviews are to a business. That’s why, if I review a company, I always wait a few months after purchase before reviewing a company. Unfortunately I can only give this company 1 star. They missed numerous deadlines and I’ve never received a single call to check on my satisfaction. Today, after working 14 hours, I come home to an inoperable garage door at 9:00pm. Break out my ladder and tools to find the chain had slipped the sprocket and appeared to have never been tightened properly. Shame on me for not checking this after installation. After 20 minutes and greasy hands I fixed the door myself. I’ll have a tough time calling them for anything in the future. I’ll pay more to someone else for better service.

Really happy with their service. I called for a repair in the morning when my spring broke and they came out early afternoon (calling 30 minutes ahead). Doug was doing the repair and was quick with the spring repair, and spent time making sure everything else was adjusted and working properly. The price for the repair was about $100 less than I was expecting. Overall very glad I called this company. I hope I don't need to for quite a while, but I know they're my first call the next time.
