My brother and I were going to inherit a piece of commercial property that may have been contaminated years ago. We checked with two environmental companies, and Rob George made it easy for us to choose APEC. The other company provided us with a drawing of where drilling would take place on the land without ever seeing the property, whereas Rob George met with us at the job site and walked all around the grounds before deciding where to drill. On the day of the search for contaminants in the soil, we ran into a snag, where we couldn't get a drill inside a building, so Rob George came up with a Plan B, to dig south of the building, with more drilling sites than were in the original bid, at no extra charge. Rob went way above and beyond to answer our questions, before and after the drilling, which made our decision of what to do with the land much easier. Rob is a rare professional that actually listens to his clients and then goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is absolutely satisfied.
