I discovered my washer was not draining at 5:00 a.m., so I sent out some messages and heard back from A-A Appliance repair by 8:00. Repairman was out to my house my noon and my washer was fixed promptly. Terry could not have been nicer or more professional. Took the time to advise us on a broken refrigerator in the basement and it appears that it will soon be working without any repair cost, as it is simply a frozen part that can be thawed regularly by putting the refrigerator on a timer. He offered to assist by phone at no charge if we ever need anything. You just don't find many great guys like this anymore. I highly recommend A-A Appliance repair if you ever find yourself in need.
Had a great experience with AA. Talked to Terry to set up appointment for my freezer issue. My wife dealt with his co worker but she said he was great. He was kind enough to answer on his personal number later that night. He was somewhat positive his fix worked but not totally. He leaned on the side of caution and did the conservative cheap fix first and hoped it would work and thankfully it did. I definitely appreciated him going that route rather than jumping into buying parts and fixing things that might not need to be fixed.

Need appliance work done? Something fixed? Look no farther!! A-A Appliance Repair Service is the absolute Best!! This is a rare find, very reasonable rates, completely dependable and above all you can trust A-A Appliance.
Terry has helped me 3 times, and I will always call him! He is professional, honest and always amazes me how fast he can have someone out to handle whatever the problem is. I've had 2 differnt issues with my clothes washer and 1 with my dishwasher/garbage disposal, he also double checked a concern I had with my dryer. He makes diagnosis of the problem look easy and when I had a larger issue to decide, which way to go-fix or replace Terry was very helpful. He explains everything and discusses options and never treats you like an idiot for not knowing what I'm sure can often be basic stuff. I will always be grateful to my sister for turning me onto Terry and his company, but more grateful that if I have a problem I know someone honest I can call. Thank you Terry!

My freezer broke leaving me with thawed food that had to be thrown out. I searched for an appliance repair place and found AA Appliance Repair. They responded quickly and came within an hour to fix the problem. The technician was polite, professional and respectful. Talked me through the problem and the solution which fixed the problem. I was so impressed that I asked if they repair dryers, washers, etc. as I plan on calling them first should another appliance breaks. I highly recommend this company.

Called for a Samsung refrigerator on a Sunday evening. Gentleman was polite, helping walk me through troubleshooting as it was a holiday weekend. Ultimately, troubleshooting worked, but was so impressed, they'll be the first I call for my next appliance repair.
