Complete Comfort tried to scam my pregnant wife while I was at work. She called them out for a ~$40 AC cleaning promotion. By the time they left, they scared her into thinking our furnace could blow at any second. They even refused to turn it back on after inspection bc “they’re legally required to turn it off bc it’s so unsafe.” It’s only 7-years old. Their proposed solution was to replace the entire hvac system for between $16,000-$22,000. Obviously I called someone I trust to check it out right away, and of course, everything’s fine. Apparently the person Complete Comfort sent out was not really a technician per se. He’s a salesmen in disguise. If you wanna go down the rabbit hole, Google “cracked heat exchange scam”. And if you REALLY want to dig, look up “Nextstar hvac companies”. Really opened my eyes to how HVAC companies work.

Your technician Jackson was extremely informative and professional. He was punctual and friendly. Jackson explained everything thoroughly and was very patient with someone like me who isn’t technically inclined. I’d recommend your company to anyone just from his service! He went above and beyond what I was expecting! He explained your maintenance service membership plan and all of the benefits that come with it too… Thank you, Jackson!

This is a repost from a previously deleted review, but don't worry. I'll explain. I originally had an appointment set for 5/4/2024, and the scheduling process seemed easy enough. I got the confirmation email and a text confirmation stating someone would be out in the afternoon. When afternoon became evening, I sent an email to them to check in. I received no communication that they weren't able to make it and didn't get an email response until the next morning. In the email, they did apologize and replied, "One of our office supervisors working left early due to not feeling well. We dropped the ball for this! We apologize. Are you available today?" I appreciated the apology and rescheduled for 4 PM that same day(5/5/2024). In the few communications I received, I was told to go about my day as needed, and I did just that. I live in an area where cell service isn't great, so for some reason, not only did I miss the calls from the tech, but they didn't show in my call history. I got a text from the tech at 3:59 p.m., one minute before my scheduled time. Due to poor cell service, I received the text at 4:12 p.m. I immediately respond to the text, asking them to please come on out. No further replies were received from the tech. I texted the scheduler who had told me to go about my day and asked what happened and if someone could still come out. I was informed that they had a 10-minute time window to await replies before they skipped to the next customer. I understand this for business efficiency, but that is an extremely short time-frame to offer someone who was skipped entirely the precious day, with no communication. Even more so since I was told to go about my day. After this, I called their number and spoke to a lady who was less than helpful and offered me no help. She stated there was simply nothing they could do. Everything above this is what was included in the review they asked me to delete. Now, it's time to explain the next part. Another lady, whom I assume is a manager or owner, called me on 5/6/2024 and apologized for the service I received(or didn't receive). I want to highlight that I believe this lady was sincere and cares, but her employees have not reflected this. She asked me if I would remove my review if she could get someone out to me. I agreed. She set up an appointment for the next day(5/7/2024). The tech came out to my house and identified an issue by finding a wire that had been chewed in two by the precious homeowners dog. He replaced the wire, which cost me over $400. He proceeded to tell me a few other issues that may be present, and when it all started to sound a bit too expensive for me, he offered to send someone out the next day to give me a unit replacement quote. He made the call right next to me, and I heard the person confirm they could come out the next day. It has now been two weeks with no further communication from the company. I only waited all this time to see if they may discover that they once again dropped the ball. Not only did they drop the ball again, but they kicked the ball far away to where it is not retrievable. Others may have had good experiences with this company, but my experience was disappointing, to put it as nicely as possible. I work in a customer service job and have worked in customer service for a decade now. Not only is the customer service not up to par, but the customer experience is less than satisfactory. I couldn't imagine leaving one of my customers hanging high and dry like this. I would have lost my job long ago if this were my job performance.

Paul was very communitive about the whole process and kept me updated when plans changed. He was a very fun and cheerful person to have at the house while working. You can tell he loves his job and takes it serious. 10/10 Will definitely call Complete Comfort if any works needs to be done in the future.

Anton was such an amazing help at the job and explaining what was going on if we had any questions. Communication with what was going on and how the work was coming along was very reassuring in knowing my house is in good hands.

Had a few estimates before I contacted complete comfort, and was overwhelmed with how everything was explained and broken down so I understood all of the process. I was sent emails that a tech was on their way with the picture of them so I knew exactly who was coming to my home. I had a furnace and AC unit installed and I am very happy tha we went with complete comfort. Thank you! Would totally recommend to friends and family.

Brennan and Tenor did an awesome job to replace our water heater, softener and carbon filter. They had to do gas line work, plumbing and worked 10 hours. They cleaned up very nicely. I strongly recommend them.

Chris Herrell, the technician from Complete Comfort, fixed two plumbing issues for us. He was very friendly, thorough and explained clearly how he would fix each issue. He did a great job and we would highly recommend him.
