Replacement of old Gas Line to Stove.
I contacted Carter's My Plumber after hours via their Online Text Form.
About 15 minutes later, I got a callback (even though I was clear it was not an emergency).
We discussed what I was looking for, and the person offered to have someone come out the next Morning, and do a Free Estimate. He also said that if I Approved, they could most likely do the Job that same day!
About 8:45 am the next morning, I got a Voice Call from Joe, my Assigned Technician (Plumber), saying he was on his way and was about 20 minutes away.
Joe arrived on time, and was Good-Natured, Courteous, Knowledgable, and Thorough throughout!!!
He looked at what I wanted done; then, he calmly assured (and educated!) the Nervous Homeowner (Me!) as we looked at the Installation Instructions for my new Stove (still in the box), to show me that the way he wanted to bring the gas line up through the floor (see photos) was not only perfect; but it was also perfect for my stove, as I will definitely be able to push it all the way back against the wall!
Anyway, after I Approved the "All-In" Reasonable Estimate, and a quick call to the Office to make sure he could do the Job "now", Joe left for about 20 minutes to grab a few supplies.
Long Story Short (too late!), about an Hour and a Half Later, Witness the Most Excellent Result!
1000% Would Recommend!!!
Alex from Carter's was awesome. He gave me the price of what the service was up front. I have done this same service with another company before, and they partially solved the problem. Alex was able to use a camera and found the issue and we were able to solve it. I don't expect anymore issues, but if I do have something come up, I will use Carter's again.

I called this morning at 11:00 am for a leaking clogged toilet that was backing up into the tub and Keith was here by 4:00 pm. He pulled the toilet, snaked the drain and replaced the seal. He reset the toilet and CLEANED everything up when he was finished. He was finished by 5:45 pm. In my opinion that's a super fast fix to a major problem. The total cost was $580 which is comparable to other companies in the area and there's no guarantee that a different company would have been any quicker. He was very nice and respectful. I'm very impressed at how professional he is and should I find myself with a plumbing need in the future I'll definitely call Carters. Thanks Keith and Carters.

We had two showers replaced upstairs. Mark consulted with me and was willing to work with me on several different options to meet my budget. He was informative and quick to respond to any questions. Alex and Ryan did the install. They were amazingly professional, polite and were a pleasure to have in my home while the work was being done.
During the install, they came upon a wrinkle. My shower drainage wouldn't fit into my plumbing without compromising the integrity of my joist. They could have said nothing to me and just cut out the joist and, most likely, I would have (hopefully!) never known. And they could have gotten the job done A LOT faster. Instead, they hit the pause button, consulted with me and we came up with a plan. This required them to pack up for the day and order a whole new shower that will fit my home better. They ordered me a larger shower that would fit my home at no extra charge. Alex called around until he found one that they could get first thing the next morning and they were back at my house by 9am to finish the job the right way. I can't say enough what this honesty and professionalism meant to me.

Had great communication from the people here. They were timely and thorough with the details of repairs and maintenance. Jodi came by for consultation and gave us play-by-play details and the same day Wesley came for installation. He did an excellent job on our home and was thorough and very helpful in explaining what he was doing throughout. This was all done same day, so needless to say, we were very pleased and would recommend Carters. I will definitely be calling Wesley if we need anything in the future!

We had Carter's out here today to replace our water heater and put in a water softener, and they were awesome! Joedy , the office manager, came out and inspected the area and then gave us a quote. Joedy is really great at working with customers on cost, which I really appreciate. He arranged for a team (Wesley and Isaiah) to come out here shortly thereafter. Wesley and Isaiah spent several hours meticulously emptying the old one, reworking a fair bit of the copper piping and adding a stop valve (because the previous owner of our home who installed it fancied himself a very handyman... that was not, in fact the case), and then they installed the new unit and the water softener. They answered all my questions and were super nice and patient as I peppered them with a variety of questions.
This is the second time we have had Carter's out to our house. The last time was in July of 2023 and they did an entire remodel of our master bathroom to replace a 20 year-old, cracked, garden tub.
My mom has been using Carter's since the early 2000s. They have replaced her water heater and they call yearly (on-the-dot) to schedule a time to have someone come out and tune it up and empty it (included in their install and warranty).
Given my mom's experience and my own, I cannot recommend Carter's enough!

Carter’s is now MY Plumber! They were very responsive and gave me multiple quotes because I couldn’t make up my mind. The technician Joe was great! He did an absolute amazing job and explained everything thoroughly to me as I was a nervous wreck that it wasn’t going to be perfect because we have spent a LOT of money on the kitchen remodel. Any future plumbing needs, I know who I’ll be calling! Thanks to Carter’s whole team for being amazing!

Update: 12/01/24 Thanks Joe for finding that issue with the seal! We had a loose bolt on previous work. Dempsey was very polite & took his time to figure out where the small leak was coming from & replaced the bolt. He was professional & respectful of our home & did a great job. Thank you Carter's for backing up your work unlike other companies.
Erin, Chelsea, Jody, Wes & Peyton were awesome! Professional, knowledgeable, did quality work installing a toilet & fair prices. No changes to prices like some companies. Trustable & have integrity in their work. Respectful of our home & pets. Highly recommend!!! Thanks you all! Happy to be able to put our home back together after another company caused a nightmare & lots of wasted money! God bless Carter's & employees!!!?
2nd Job: Peyton did a great job hooking up our sink & our new faucet, he double & triple checked everything which we appreciated. He was very kind, professional & did a wonderful job. Our new bathroom is finally functioning & we're grateful!

Carter's did a fantastic job. From start to finish the whole ordeal was simple quick and efficient. Easily the best pricing and quality in the area. Paul Pierson and Zack reached out early to let me know they were on their way. They arrived early and they were quick and professional the whole time. They took out my old water heater and replaced it with a bigger, new one in less than 2 hours. Everything looks great and they cleaned up very well afterwards. Apart from the new water heater you couldn't even tell they were here. 10/10 and plan to use Carter's in the future. Paul and Zack were excellent.
