I am very grateful to Miguel Campos(supervisor) and Rem Roalta (plumber) of Roto Rooter for their prompt response and excellent service when I had a plumbing problem that caused flood in my basement in the late evening of Tuesday (7/9/24). Miguel called me back immediately after I spoke to a Roto Rooter rep and was in my house within 30 minutes to check my problem. He was courteous, very helpful and really knows his business. He sent his best plumber Rem Roalta to my house eventhough it was already very late in the evening! I got my plumbing issue fixed the same night. With regards to fixing my basement flooding I am hiring Roto Rooter again because of these two outstanding guys. I highly recommend to ask for Miguel Campos and Rem Roalta if you found yourselves having plumbing or water mitigation problems.

Woke up to flooded home. Bill came out within the hour then Miguel. Miguel explained how the restoration process works making connections immediately. The crews arrived shortly after and began restoring my home. Thanks Roto-rooter!!!

Roto rooter came out on a holiday to clear out some clogged underground drain spouts. I wasn't sure if it was going to work, but they were able to get them all done pretty quickly! I no longer have standing water on my foundation every time it rains ?

Kris came to the rescue in a very timely manner. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and talked me through each step of the way to get my drain blockage cleared out. It's nice to know some companies still care about their customers. Kris definitely showed me that today. Highly recommend.

I recently had a daunting experience of having major work done in my home, which left me without a kitchen and feeling quite anxious. Thankfully, Miguel Campos, our Rotor Rooter field supervisor, was there to guide me through every step. His patience and willingness to answer all of my questions, no matter how small truly stood out. He was always available to take my calls and provided clear explanations of the process which really eased my anxiety. Miguel‘s professionalism and understanding made an uncomfortable situation much more manageable. If I ever face similar issues again, I sincerely hope Miguel will be there to assist. I called rotorooter because the handle on my spigot wouldn’t shut off due to stripping. They were able to send someone out very quickly, and I was told on the phone that my assessment would be free. When the tech Dorian arrived, I was told it was $149 for him coming out, and then almost $600 to repair. I was also told they’d have to cut a hole into the side of my house to reach the pipes; I have a crawl space that is easily accessible. I then asked how to shut my water off to stop the leak for the time being, and he said it was a handle on my water heater, which was entirely false. I did not pay him since I was told it was free and did not book the repair. Instead, I called my water company to have service temporarily suspended, watched a couple YouTube videos to see how easy the fix was, removed the piece, took it to Lowe’s and fixed it perfectly for less than $50. Being quoted $250 or less from other companies, it would be helpful for future customers if all pricing and communications between office, tech and customer were consistent. I will not being calling for quotes again.

Jeff J. was very knowledgeable. He went right to the problem after a brief explanation by me about what was occurring with my washer and sink discharge. I was impressed with his professionalism and confidence. Jeff also assisted me with running water supply after he initiated the pipe clean-out process to assure everything was draining properly.
