Wow! They got us in their schedule within 48 hrs of our call. The plumber was very good! We were installing a new sink and noticed our shut off valves were leaking when we turned them off. They were pretty old, one was original with our home. He repaired that and also helped us finish installing our garbage disposal.
Not only was he on-time, communicative, knowledgeable, and efficient with his work, he double and triple checked his work, making sure everything was done right. He was also under budget for what we expected to pay having had similar work done before.
He also gave us a quote on some other work we asked him for - old house. We will definitely use them again. They are a small, local business right here in Greenwood.
Very, very responsive. Reasonable price for the work. Technician was friendly, competent, and thorough. They are my new forever plumbers. I've already recommended them to one of my friends. I wish that I could give them six stars!

This is an amazing company! I called them when a tenant in a nearby town called me to report that her water heater stopped working. The Winters showed up the same day at the rental and advised me that one of the tenant’s children had turned the thermostat off. They could have easily charged me $1,000+ to replace the water heater. They even refused to let me pay their very reasonable trip charge. Highly recommended!!

The most professional company I've ever dealt with. They were so very courteous and arrived at the proper time. When I found out I had a major problem they helped me secure financing. I was very satisfied with the owner and his staff. I would recommend them for any job large or small.

Had a very slow floor drain issue in my basement. Kelli was very professional and helped schedule my appointment for the next morning. Dawson came out and cleaned out the drain quickly. He also answered my questions. Great job!! I will definitely be using Winter’s Plumbing for any future issues.

Donnie was incredible! Allowed plenty of time for my many questions. It made me feel very valued. We had a major back up to our sewer drain that I thought was going to cost a lot more than what they charged. I have used other very good companies, but they were a lot more expensive than Winters plumbing. I would highly recommend this company. Their brand of being affordable is legitimate. Good people with exceptional character and a great price!

When we found a gas leak on a Friday afternoon and had our gas turned off until we could get it repaired, we were obviously in a rush to get someone out ASAP. Winters not only came out at 9 am on Saturday with a very reasonable emergency fee, but Steve took several hours to fix the known leaks and then figure out why our line still wouldn’t stay at pressure. He was patient and thorough, and their price was very fair. We need more work done to fully fix the additional problem found, and we will definitely call Winters again to complete it!

Scheduling was quick & easy. Tech called 15 min ahead of time within designated window. Donny couldn't have been better. Listened to what we wanted to have done (replace some water lines & on off valves).Gave us quote & then completed job in short order at a fair price.. He was very competent, efficient & professional. Very happy with every aspect of our experience with Winters plumbing. Would definitely use again.

September 12, 2022 we had a bad leak under our kitchen sink. The plumber came out and fixed it and it took a few hours. After he left we noticed that he forgot to connect the cold water. That’s when we noticed that he had taken a pvc pipe to hold the pipes. Fast forward to today and we had a flood in the kitchen and hallway because the pipes were bad. I’m not saying that they are a bad company I just think that that particular person was inexperienced.
