The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We love the service we receive and how efficient and thorough they are in testing our water. They are all very knowledgeable and kind.

Don't walk RUN! Angie when your people came to replace our "L" shape pool liner that turned out, by your diagram of our pool, to be completely backwards and left us without our pool for almost a month. Don't you think ? u might pick the phone up and call us? But u didn't When Josh Henry infatically defended invoices charging us for chemicals for project when factually your people used most of our chemicals and absolutely NO salt. Boarder line theft before finally getting a credit back per Josh Henry self admission of the over sight. Don't u think as the owner of the company u might pick the phone up and call us ?? But u didn't. When the pool was finally opened and I brought it to your attention that the brand new pump I had just installed prior to this disaster liner replacement and that we had bubbles coming through returns indicating a leak. Don't u think as the owner of the company u might send someone out to check it out? But u didn't When I personally called u and left two messages to please return my call. Nope u didn't Probably because per Josh Henry email stating Angie's Pool would no longer talk to me. Amazing as that is. Just so u know. The bubbles coming through return was a broken handle. When Cody reopened pool he broke handle on suction side leaving it half open. Cost me $300.00 to repair it. The new pump I had just put on a few months prior to shutting pool down for almost a month was squealing and had to be replaced $690.00. Per Josh Henry email not Angie's Pool fault...pools sit through winter and reopened with no issues. What Josh didn't realize or just ignored is when winterized the system is blown out of any salt water. You did apologize for this disaster and gave some credits. However, I didn't want credits I just wanted our pool to be back in working order as it was found. When it came time to get paid and I pointed out all these issues. What did Angie herself do. Threaten collections. No need to tell me not to come back to your store as u did another unsatisfied customer. We obviously wouldn't do business with Angie's Pool again.

Great service! Our first contractor didn't complete the job. Angie's came out and finished the job in no time. Excellent customer service! Everyone is very knowledgeable and courteous. Love our new pool!

They are always super helpful when we go to have our water tested. They take good care of us and our pool water stays healthy and clear.

Love Angie’s. Testing is quick and simple. I know just what I need. Never pressured to buy “fluff” chemicals. Staff is super nice and helpful.

Walked in excited to do business with this company. But all i got when i walked through the doors were snickering and whispering to one another. Approached the young lady and brought in my pool sample to get cleaned and she immediately told me it was 17k. I was confused and asked the break down. Long story short she was giving me attitude and seemed like she didnt want to help. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I called to get on schedule for opening my pool and wanted to get signed up for weekly service. They came out to open my pool and found my pool pump needed replaced. I signed quote on Tuesday. Was later informed the distributor does not have the pump. I signed the weekly service agreement. Called the office and another lady told me the pump was in stock at their vendor, that they needed payment in order to move forward. Which is it? You need payment or the distributor doesn't have the pump? Poor customer service.
