I had problems hearing and cooling my home. It had racoon damage before but never changed the insulation. USA removed the old damaged insulation and replaced with new. What a difference I no longer need an auxiliary AC unit. My house holds whatever temp aI set. THANK YOU!

Everyone from schedulers, supervisor and Installers were very Informative and helpful throughout the whole process, the project went smooth as could be. They were all professional and arrived before the scheduled time. Actually the Installers went above and beyond in their work, they found a leak in my roof and stopped the work until I could get it taken care of. The Installers could have overlooked the Issue and continued their work which would have cost alot of extra money and time. I applaud them for that and it shows they do care about their work and the final result. Rescheduling was great they got me back on schedule in a couple days. I would definitely use USA Insulation again!

USA Insulation in Griffith serviced my home. Corbin, Angel and John were very professional. Upon arrival, Corbin introduced himself as the team lead (I forgot the term he used) and also introduced me to Angel and John. Corbin and I went over the job and gave me a chance to address my concerns. Once the job started, Angel showed me pictures after each step they completed. I had a few questions during the insulation. My questions were answered with knowledge of the job and in a professional and patient manner. All job related mess was cleaned up prior to the team leaving. I am very satisfied with my experience with this company and the entire process from start to finish

I used USA Insulation to spray foam my addition. The crew they sent the first day was there for 14 hours after stating it would only be a 4 to 5 hour job. They left the job in an unacceptable state. Foam over spray on every imaginable surface, putruding from almost every stud cavity, and some areas not getting the full 3 inches of foam we agree would be placed in our contract. After calling the manager Kristy to get another crew out to clean up the mess and respray, they had to take another 2 days to get it into what I would call a semi acceptable state. There was no consistency of coverage. Kristy did not seem to care about my concerns and was only worried about payment. If you're going with spray foam try any other company.

We called 3 different companies to quote insulating our 1350 sq ft 2 story brick home. (attic and walls) 1 company didn't showed up or call at their scheduled appointment time.. 2 outfit was local spray foam company wanted $14,000 just for attic, said they couldn't do the brick walls! USA showed up on time and contracted to foam insulate all exterior walls and insulate attic to R-55 for less than $11,000... Excited to see the result?

USA Insulation was recommended to us by my neighbor that does home remodeling... Our home isn't very old but has always been cold in the winter, hot in the summer! The gentleman came on time and was polite. Evidently they did their homework before our appointment time because he knew a great deal about our home already. (Year built, square feet, type of construction etc..) Rather impressive!! We contracted to Foam inject our walls and insulated attic.. The difference was instantly noticeable as was the outside sound reduction!!! Highly recommending to family and friends..?
