Guys I’m here to tell y’all, the Bath Experts have totally blown me away, they were kind, very professional and my shower is absolutely gorgeous, they took care of everything, we have another project coming up in about a year and we’ve already decided that The Bath Experts will be the only company for us, we were so lucky to get Anthony, Ethan and Jason and let me tell ya, this is definitely the team you want….. Thinking of remodeling your bathroom? This is what I experienced with Jacuzzi, aka Bath Experts:
Original installation in early January of 2024 – completed in March 2024 after significant install issues and a total of 4 trips out to correct. Issues included not centering the shower head, and very heavy and uneven caulking which did not match the shower color (see photos). When I asked Bath Experts for some type of discount given the frustration, hassle of quality of work, and days I had to call off of work, they offered only $235 off (original price over 13K for just the shower). Bath Experts did redo the shower and after 2 plus months it looked good. This was the first big purchase I invested into my home and luckily my dad has some experience with showers and would not accept the poor quality or else I might have been talked into keeping it as it was. Would not recommend this company.

Top line, we would definitely recommend going with Jacuzzi / Bath Experts.
We saw a Jacuzzi / Bath Experts example at our local Costco warehouse and it was what we had been looking for. We were looking for a solid surface solution for our master bath shower and our guest bath tub/shower for quite awhile. We signed up for a consultation and they came out quickly. The sales person was very nice and professional and answered all of our questions. We selected the Canyon Textured Wall in the Premium Collection. Then the price quote was shown to us which was a bit of a shock, but then there was the pressure of if you buy today, this is the lower price that you could get, but only today. I didn’t really like that, but we went with the offer taking advantage of the 12 months same as cash. The price quote shows the details of what would be included in each of the bathrooms, but there is no breakdown of what makes up the total price which is a bit unnerving given what seems like an expensive remodel. They said they were running about 8-10 weeks before installation and most likely it would all be done in 1 day.
They stayed in contact with us throughout the process letting us know what was happening like the order had been placed, the manufacturing of our items had been completed, the materials had arrived at their local warehouse and then we scheduled an installation which was at our convenience. They planned to send a crew to do both bathrooms the same day.
The installation crew of 3 men called about 30 minutes prior to arriving and arrived a little before 8am. They quickly came in, introduced themselves, looked at our current bathrooms (which were both upstairs), and quickly got to work putting down floor protectors leading all the way to the front door. They quickly had the old fiberglass shower and tub/shower removed. We were home throughout the entire installation, but we did not bother them. A little after noon, they had most of the installation done and wanted to know where we wanted some of the corner shelves and grab bars/shelves mounted. At about 1:30pm, they said they were all done. They had already cleaned up everything and removed the floor coverings. They showed us how everything worked on the shower heads and answered any questions we had.
The shower and the tub/shower turned out great! They are beautiful changes to our house. The only issue we have had is the button in the center of the shower head in both bathrooms to switch the spray pattern quit working almost immediately and we will be contacting them to get these replaced. A suggested improvement to the shower setup would be to put some ridges on the knob to switch between the shower head and the hand held shower. It is slick when your hands are wet / soapy. We have not seen anything that could have been done better with the installation. The installation crew was very professional and nice to work with and they were hard working men. They did a great job of cleanup with the only thing being some dust that floated throughout the house which you have to expect from any type of construction/remodel project inside. It is a bit unnerving that it costs so much for less than 18 man hours of installation, but the results are beautiful. If you are looking for a convenient way to get your shower or shower/tub remodeled, we highly recommend going with Jacuzzi / Bath Experts.

Great people to work with. Installers showed up right on time and went right to work. Did a great job very professional. High quality materials and workmanship. Did an excellent job cleaning up. I would recommend to anyone. Original delivery time was 14 weeks we asked if they could deliver sooner because my wife was having hip replacement. They installed in 4 weeks which was amazing.

Caesar and Anthony were very professional and did very good work. Only thing I would recommend is explain how the shower faucet works. We love the new shower. Thanks Charles Powers

Was told take 1 day. Took 4.
Sent a good worker but was new on job and unsure on some parts and kept calling his boss for advice.
I feel they should have sent someone else to help him and make sure it was all correct. I know everyone has to learn
He did a beautiful job and no issues as of yet.

We had Cesar come to install our new shower and he did a great job! Professional, kind, and efficient. I’m so happy with our 2 shower heads and the shelving. So much room and I feel much safer getting in and out rather than stepping over our old garden tub.

Bath Experts did a great job replacing our tub/shower combo with a lovely new walk-in shower. Their knowledgeable salesperson was very helpful and the one-day installation service is simply fantastic. Couldn’t be happier with the finished project!

Everything was wonderful from sales woman, to Justin the installer and the plumber. I never expected 2 day installation figured it was just a sales gimmick. It was done in 2 days and is perfect. I do wish I had gotten 2 grab bars instead of 1 but that was my choice. This company is great.

Having Bath Experts was a great experience. From the in home presentation and design through the one day installation. The installers was very informative, efficient and clean. When they left it was as if they had never been there.
We love, love love our new walk in showe over our old tub enclosure and we would definitely recommend them to my family and or friends.

Bath Experts are 5 star for us. From the in home presentation and price quote to the installation was a stress free experience and exactly what we wanted. Less than 1 day we had a beautiful walkin shower. Installed by the nicest young men. They were professional in every way. Answered any questions we had and cleaned up before they left.
So very glad we went with Bath Experts.

What a beautiful job!! We are so thankful for our installer Ethan. He is incredibly talented and takes great pride in his work. Very professional with a kind, gentle personality. If you ever question what you're paying for, you should see the laborious process happen from start to finish. It's a JOB!! Not to mention the quality materials, excellent service and lifetime warranty. We finally have our forever bathroom and it's worth every penny! ❤️ Love it!!!

All of the staff was very professional throughout the entire process, from the salesman to the scheduler to the installer. The salesman spent lots of time explaining the product and showing us samples of the different shower choices. Bath Experts had the best quality product as the exclusive representative for Jacuzzi in our state, the best warranty, and the best price. Our installer, Joe, was especially fantastic. He was very hardworking and did the tub to walk in shower conversion/installation all by himself. Everything was left neat and clean and was finished same day. We are extremely happy with our new walk in shower and can’t wait to use it! Great job on every level, Bath Experts!

Brock did a great job replacing our bathtub. Even working alone he was able to finish the job in a day and a half. He was professional, clean and courteous. We are very happy with the finished product. Although much pricier than we anticipated we feel that it was worth the money to use Bath Experts.
