Please go back to smaller stickers. After 2 days I had to take the ginormous sticker down because it was evoking feelings of wanting to stab someone. Stabbing is bad. Tech did a great job finding the top rollers was preventing the door from closing all the way and sometimes making the door go in reverse when almost closed. A quick adjustment has the door sealing tightly again. This request may seem silly but find a lubricant that is odorless. There are some out there. The track lube while needed smells pretty bad even after a week.

Prompt and professional. Same day service on a call- had my garage door repaired within a couple hours of calling in. Only caveat is that they were fairly pricey. But I was willing to overlook that because the repair would've been a pain to personally deal with, and the service person did a few extras above and beyond what was billed. It's not always the case, but in this instance I got what I paid for- quality work done quickly. Overall very satisfied, would recommend.

I had a great experience with Garage Doors of Indianapolis! Our spring broke and they came out the next morning and replaced it. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! It's my 2nd time using them.

Very nice technician, on time, let me know 30 min. Ahead. My sellers didn’t leave me any garage remotes. I only needed to change the code and get a remote programmed. He was very efficient and was here about 10 min. My bill was over $220. A $149 of that was a service call which is pretty high for what I had done. No choice.

My wife and I purchased a new home 2 years ago and garage doors of Indianapolis was the company that installed my garage door. The cable came off the drum on one side causing my garage door to not function as it should.. The staff is friendly and they showed up on time. The reason for the 2 star review is because of the expensive service call charge. You would think considering this is a brand new unit it would be under warranty but not a mention at all about warranty. I can see if it's something I did to break it but this is not the case. $149.99 just to come out is ridiculous. I am a service manager for a irrigation company and our set rates on a service call aren't no where close to this price. I will reiterate; high cost and not under warranty is the sole reason for the low review.
